I ordered a pick up coffee at this location and when I arrived the employees in the store had all of the doors locked (yes, they were open). I knocked on the door and they continued to ignore me. Even awkwardly made eye contact with me but refused to open or respond. If I’m paying $6+ for a coffee the expectation is I actually receive it.

I had to run back out because I had forgotten to order something for a friend. I ordered one thing. I ordered unsweet tea. Verified it and still got sweet tea. By the time I got back and handed it off to my friend who was expecting unsweet tea it was too late. You need to listen to your customers. If you're not good at multitasking, maybe the position's not for you.

Dunkin as most know is not known for customer service. But I swear this location is horrible. I've been here 3 times in the last month and I keep saying n I'll give it another chance. NEVER AGAIN!. A long haired bearded Caucasian guy is always there and so incredibly rude. Then he gave out the order I was waiting for in the drive thru the last time and three lady helping me told him and told him how long I'd been waiting for a bagel and coffee (12mins mind you). And this dude literally said: "oh well". It took every ounce of me not to... .. well..... I'm leave or at that...... never again.

I placed an order online and was given only two out of the three items I ordered. Even when I asked if I had all the items in my order the staff me never assured me I did and also said she had put napkins. Well no napkins and missing a donut. I had to turn around and the excuse was that they were out of the donut I had ordered. I was rushed to pick a different choice. She assumed what I wanted to order. Then told me to pull up and even at the window she would not let me explain that I needed for the doughnut to have sprinkles on it. Another staff member came to the window to tell me the only frosting flavor they have with sprinkles and I said I will have that and then she got frustrated, rolled her eyes turned around and went to get the donut I needed. I rarely go to Dunkin’ Donuts and I rarely go to this location. This certainly was not a good experience.
I was picking up 2 cartons of coffee that were ordered the day before and paid for. They didn't have the order ready. I ordered 2 sandwiches and some munchkins to go with the coffee. It took 20 minutes for the munchkins, 35 for the first sandwich, 60 minutes for the coffee and the second sandwich. They had 2 other customers inside and a couple in the drive thru. It was ridiculous.

I rarely ever come to Dunkin Donuts, but when I do, it's usually for their food. This location usually takes a while whether you go through their drive-thru or walk inside. I came this morning around 8:20am and was done by 8:40am. Honestly, their coffee is always either hit or miss. Their food is delicious, though. They have a wide variety of different sandwiches and bites, and they are always delicious and very inexpensive. Now, this location is pretty sketch. There is always a fight or argument going on whenever I've come to this location. They are also always short staffed, hence the big waiting time. Other than that, their employees I've encountered have been nice and never rude. They have a spacious parking lot with plenty of parking spaces.

Over the past month, I’ve gone in multiple times and both coffees in my orders were both completely wrong. My latte tasted like only vanilla swirl and milk- no espresso and my iced coffee was just cream- none of the swirl I ordered. Each time I’ve asked them to remake it since it was wrong, they always have an attitude and look at you like your crazy. Lack of work ethic in these employees compared to a few months ago, they must all be new. Their attitudes explain it when they are just standing there with AirPods on and scrolling their phones when someone is at the drive thru and I’m waiting for drinks to be remade- also had to tell me that I might have to REPAY for a drink THEY MESSED up. I’m fed up with this location, would rather drive out of my way to Starbucks and spend the few extra bucks so atleast my order is correct.
