“I’m coming to this Smoothie King from now on! My family had rewards points to spend and we wanted to go to a new location since we’ve been to almost all of the Charlotte locations. The manager took our order and suggested the BEST PB Swizzle and made it himself ! I know It was going to taste wonderful. We thank you so much!“

Workers are super friendly and always listen to my fun facts, such as how Indonesia is the world’s largest producer of nickel. Some even take the time to get to know you and your order. “The only thing keeping this from a 5 all around is the fact that they switched to a kiosk only ordering system. It’s not an easy to use system and things like paying and adding rewards aren’t intuitive and just a pain. I also enjoy interacting with staff and have made friends with some of the girls from seeing them so often. I hate the cold feeling ordering through a kiosk brings. I think it’s useful to have a kiosk available if it was very busy but it shouldn’t be the only way to order. I wish they’d do away with it.“

“Been to this location twice after first trying one in another area. The ingredients are always nice and fresh, and the food is very tasty. Portion sizes are more than enough to fill up, and the price is in line with what I'd expect from any fast casual dining experience. The restaurant is very clean, the staff are all friendly, and it's great to have another local place with vegan options.“
