“I come here a couple times a week and this place is absolutely AMAZING! I really wish all restaurants had this customer service! Every single employee that I have met here has been so sweet and helpful. They have the best customer service from any restaurant I have EVER been. My order is always perfect! The food always tastes amazing! I’m always satisfied. The restaurant is ALWAYS clean and organized and smells good. But I think the thing I love the most is the customer service. Like I said I order multiple times a week and the customer service is always the same. I can’t say enough good things about this location. And let me tell you I have been to different locations in Charlotte that weren’t that great so it’s definitely the staff and owner of this particular one. Thank you so much for always working hard, putting a smile on your face and giving excellent food and service. I recommend the chia bowl, the hummus veggie wrap, chipotle wrap and the almond butter smoothie. ❤️“

Coffagato mocha is a way better version of any McDonald or Starbucks OR dunkin! (If you can believe that) Frappe that you will ever have. I can’t wait to try caramel too.
