I mostly purchase smoothies. The staff is always very friendly. Nice atmosphere. Wait time is minimal.
Got my order wrong after clearly not knowing how to work register, when I can back in the store with my wrong order I was rudely told βwe only charged you for [the wrong item].β As if that was my problem. I offered to pay the difference. Point being, it doesnβt matter what you did, you made a mistake and you should just tell me what you can do to fix it (charge me more, etc.).
Redeemed my free smoothie reward quickly and efficiently, while preparing my order exactly as requested with courtesy and professionalism.
