Parking is not hard to find if you order online. The girls and friendly and service was super fast. The Thai tea is the best
Their fruit and milk teas are fresh and balanced. They have fun pokemon packs and claw machines too :D

Based on the reviews, Milk Cha-Cha is a small, cute, and cozy boba shop with good customer service. The staff are friendly and helpful, guiding customers to get the exact drink they want. The drink itself is fantastic and tastes fresh. The flavor selections, quality, and customer service are excellent. The inside is tiny, so it can get crowded, but service is quick. Highly recommend the fruit teas, matcha, and the taro slush. The taro slush is divine and not too sweet. The matcha bobas are delish. Great spot for boba.
