“I’ve been to all of the Charlotte Caribou locations and this one takes the cake. It’s the only one I’ll go to even though others are closer, I don’t mind going a bit further. This location has the most amazing staff! I hope these baristas are being taken care of by the company because they do their job like no other! The customer service is great and always swift. As for the coffee, amazing every time. This location makes it delicious every single time and that’s what other locations lack, the consistency of good coffee. I recommend Caribou to everyone and I always say visit this specific location. I really like the inside of this location and the seating right outside & beside the store.“

I have tried almost every thing they have here from bánh mì, to the drinks, to the desserts and every time I can’t help but feeling so amazed by how beautiful and nearly everything is served, I can tell how much love and effort they put into this restaurant and the food, the food quality is always the same and is sooooo soooo good. The service can be slow sometimes because they’re family owned but I don’t mind waiting because I know my food is going to come out perfect every single time.
My go to meal is: cold cut (special) bánh mì + iced Vietnamese coffee with sea salt foam + the cheese and hot dog (or leek and Parmesan or cheese danish or anything really, all the small bites are all good), try them and thank me later.
I live almost an hour away from them but I still drive there multiple times a week to have my bánh mì fix. At this point I think I should just do a binding vows with them lol ?“

“My friend and I recently entered Cathy's Coffee while we were waiting for my hair appointment and the owner was absolutely wonderful. She was extremely patient while we were figuring out what we wanted, and not to mention the food was phenomenal that we had to go back for more. I highly recommend this coffee shop.“

“So my boyfriend came here 6 years ago and every time we pass through the area he tells me how amazing it is. Well we finally were able to stop today and I have to say his hype was fully justified. We both had a handmade, fresh cannoli. He had a large vanilla latte and I had an iced latte with almond milk, honey, and cinnamon. The food and drinks were absolutely amazing. Definitely stop in!!“

“Starbucks early in the morning is the best way to start the day. The baristas are here at 6 am. when the grocery store opens, ready to brew coffee and serve pastries. If you want some salt and caramel with your coffee, try the salted caramel cream cold brew. No sugar is needed with the caramel adding the sweetness and top off with salt. If that is too sweet for you, add a shot. Now you're ready to tackle the morning drive.“

“I am ALWAYS Nervous with ordering. Rachel was Absolutely Amazing!!! She was patient, kind and knowledgeable. I gave her my vision for a fruity and refreshing drink and she nailed it. I usually stick to my Caramel Ribbon Crunch, but I wanted something Summery and sweet. I left with the Mango-Dragonfruit refresher with Pineapple. It was Delicious ?

Friday they were having issues with the system and was unable to order ahead with the app. Once I arrived there was a semi long line but I had some time to wait in the car line. Although it did take a while for the line to move the barista at the register explained the situation about the system being down and thanked me for waiting. Given the circumstances I still think they handled the day very well. It’s rare for them for have issues. Plus they’re always friendly.“
