Only complaint was the food could've been hotter, especially since the lunch menu had just started at 1030 and I was there at 1045.

“I’m not in Monroe often, but when I am, stopping at Alice Jules is a MUST! The drinks are consistently delicious, the service is quick, and the staff is genuinely friendly and welcoming every time I visit.

Their dog-friendly porch is a huge bonus for me! It’s such a great spot to relax with your pup and enjoy the atmosphere (and a pup cup!). It is clear a lot of thought and care has gone into creating a space that feels both fun and inviting.

Kent and Melody truly set the tone. They go above and beyond not just for their guests, but for their team as well and it shows in the overall experience. As a small business owner myself, I really appreciate the level of intention and hospitality they bring.

“I came in yesterday to experiment with my bestie, and we played it safe with small lattes—just in case they weren’t good 😊 I’m usually loyal to their brand of dark roast beans, so I wasn’t familiar with much else.
I ordered the Hot Honey Lavender Latte and the Hot Honey Almond Milk Crafted Press, and both were smooth, comforting, and perfectly balanced. Such a pleasant surprise. We also grabbed two grilled cheese sandwiches on sourdough, which were golden and melty, plus I picked up a stainless steel mug I love.
Abby and Oswaldo were the best—friendly, patient, and genuinely welcoming. Great drinks, great food, and excellent service. I’ll definitely be back ☕✨“

“Absolutely love this Starbucks location! The staff is wonderful, cheerful, welcoming and kind. Love the set up, seating options and outdoor seating. Only complaint is the bathrooms are usually dirty which is not the barista’s fault. I know how hard it is to balance everything going on and constant bathroom checks. One toilet had poop in the seat and the other was a little gross too. Again, this is the customers fault for making the bathrooms gross. Overall, great place, I recommend to everyone!“
