Never had a problem with this Starbucks until I was served by Imani who thinks a latte is just iced milk apparently. Ordered 2 lattes and one was a caramel macchiato. Not sure how you mess that up and then make an iced milk as the latte…
I am a regular here. I work in the same area. My coffee was not good I asked her to make it sweeter and she put a vanilla sweetener (with classic or half and half) in my coffee and I do not like vanilla. She seemed kinda of annoyed, which annoyed me. My drink was extremely bitter and she kept saying she did this and that.. which is fine but I drink this drink all the time and it's always good so something was wrong.
