This is my new favorite Starbucks I usually get a Carmel macchiato but today I decided to try something new and it was the best drink I’ve ever had! The workers were so kind the 2 that im writing this review about is Miles and Ray they were so kind and ray even told me her favorite drink there. All im saying is order here! And you will know exactly what im talking about:) also the drink I got is caramel ribbon crunch, Frappuccino
I always order my coffee there twice a week...and the last couple of times I had been there my order gets all messed up. Today I ordered an Ice caramel venti protein Latte...and came out with a hot venti! It was just too busy the lady there that wasn't even worth to wait. As well as I always order my Banana Walnuts loaf.. couple of times it's not warm and it's in the plastic wrap 🫢
Ladies are very polite but some of them are very distracted.

The best Starbucks in the area, in my opinion. The service is second to none.

Based on the reviews, this Starbucks Coffee Company location has very sweet and polite workers who provide great customer service. One worker with many pins on her hat is described as amazing, and another named Gabby is extremely nice and always goes above and beyond. Joyce was extremely kind and helped a customer find a new favorite drink. The location is great, and the team offers friendly recommendations and checks stock for specific merchandise. However, some workers are very distracted, leading to messed up orders. One customer ordered an Ice caramel venti protein Latte but received a hot venti. The Banana Walnuts loaf is sometimes not warm and still in the plastic wrap. Despite this, the location got a much-needed upgrade, and many customers consider it the best in Charlotte.
