Based on the reviews, this Starbucks Coffee Company location has very sweet and polite workers who provide great customer service. One worker with many pins on her hat is described as amazing, and another named Gabby is extremely nice and always goes above and beyond. Joyce was extremely kind and helped a customer find a new favorite drink. The location is great, and the team offers friendly recommendations and checks stock for specific merchandise. However, some workers are very distracted, leading to messed up orders. One customer ordered an Ice caramel venti protein Latte but received a hot venti. The Banana Walnuts loaf is sometimes not warm and still in the plastic wrap. Despite this, the location got a much-needed upgrade, and many customers consider it the best in Charlotte.
