Order Chai Latte, large. Picked up cup, it felt light. Dug through and found half the cup's content was foam. Went back, staff redid order and provided a full second cup without question.
I love coming to these joints. You know what to expect. Things can be customized easily. The staff is friendly. The place has a deli / bakery style atmosphere. I always get the broccoli soup. Its my favorite. I also like the asian sesame salad with that amazing dressing.

Wouldn’t past this if the BLT was bigger than an appetizer and the bacon was at least somewhat crispy and also if the complimentary baguette didn’t fight back while trying to break off a piece. Maybe it was just an off day for that location. I’m assuming this and would have no qualms about going back again. I’ll be more specific to make the bacon crunchy tho.
