Wouldn’t past this if the BLT was bigger than an appetizer and the bacon was at least somewhat crispy and also if the complimentary baguette didn’t fight back while trying to break off a piece. Maybe it was just an off day for that location. I’m assuming this and would have no qualms about going back again. I’ll be more specific to make the bacon crunchy tho. I ordered Uber Eats delivery from here tonight around 8:15-8:30pm. I had selected the chicken noodle soup with a bread bowl, which I’ve ordered in store, takeout and via delivery countless times over the years. But when I got my food tonight, not only was it cold and the bread was hard, but the soup was NOT chicken noodle. I’m at home because I’m sick which is the only reason I ordered soup from here because it’s usually really good. I’ve worked in restaurants for over 13 years so knowing that the employees didn’t double check the food order to make sure it was correct is not okay. I get it was later in the night but that’s not reason to not take time and ensure customers are getting what they paid for. Probably won’t eat from here again after this.

Order Chai Latte, large. Picked up cup, it felt light. Dug through and found half the cup's content was foam. Went back, staff redid order and provided a full second cup without question.

I love coming to these joints. You know what to expect. Things can be customized easily. The staff is friendly. The place has a deli / bakery style atmosphere. I always get the broccoli soup. Its my favorite. I also like the asian sesame salad with that amazing dressing.

This is the worst location ever. Unprofessional, disrespectful personal. Always mess up orders, overcharge, miss to apply a membership discount, choosing a wrong account. Regular coffee instead of hazelnut coffee was given without notice, just because hazelnut coffee run out.The last visit overflowed the cup of patience. First of all, the cashier could not figure out how to bill “you pick 2” and applied all items separately, then at pick up I was given my order as “to go”, while I chose to dining in. When I reminded about that, I was explained that they don’t serve meals at evening since it was too late to wash dishes! The last thing blown my mind, they started vacuuming close to where I was eating. Once, I politely asked to finish vacuuming after I leave, the cashier complained, but another personal come and continued vacuuming, saying that her manager allowed her to do that. I was very offended by such behaviour. I went to the manager to ask what was going on. He made the employee to stop vacuuming. However, the employee said loud offensive words towards me. It is unacceptable! I would recommend avoiding this location. Management, please take an action until you lose all the customers or someone sue you!

The customer service is awful. I waited 20 minutes for my ICED coffee (which is pre prepped.) So I was confused.My previous order was messed up and I was given a French baguette instead of soup with a baguette. When I went to The counter to ask are my food. Was. They acted confused and told me to go back to the front to get it sorted. Any other place I would have been comped my meal.
