Terrible customer service, when I got there I was last in line and when I was waiting on my drinks they said they should "turn the lights off."

I came here 2 days (08/23)-(08/24)in a row. The worker that was working didn’t acknowledge me, so I waited like 10 minutes and he still didn’t say anything to me. So I left. The next day, I walked in and seen that same guy but this time it was a lady also working. He was at the cashier and she was making the drinks. I noticed soon it was my turn in line, he tries to hurry up and walk away and leave the woman to work by herself. He has terrible customer service and very rude. If it wasn’t for the nice lady I would’ve been unhappy again.

Never had a problem with this Starbucks until I was served by Imani who thinks a latte is just iced milk apparently. Ordered 2 lattes and one was a caramel macchiato. Not sure how you mess that up and then make an iced milk as the latte…

Small Starbucks, with gift stand. Only 2 Baristas. Expect a line During peak times. Social distancing and plexiglass guard.
I am a regular here. I work in the same area. My coffee was not good I asked her to make it sweeter and she put a vanilla sweetener (with classic or half and half) in my coffee and I do not like vanilla. She seemed kinda of annoyed, which annoyed me. My drink was extremely bitter and she kept saying she did this and that.. which is fine but I drink this drink all the time and it's always good so something was wrong. So I had to be to work, didn't want to deal with her and drunk a coffee I did not like or order (I have vanilla flavoring!!!) it would have been nice if she just remade it.
