I visit our local Starbucks several times a week but sometimes the workers get under my skin. Tonight I waited 7 mins to finally get a knowledged by one of the 4 workers just to ask for a tall iced water for my son. They were not busy at all.
I understand closing for weather early for the safety of your employees and applaud that. However the person that was still in the store could have informed the six cars waiting in the drive-thru that they were closed or put a sign on the menu. The communication needs to be much much much better.
the coffee is amazing i love going to go back there sometimes its awesome and i love there coffee its the best thing too get on the cold day like this i just wanted too give them both stars for doing a good job on the coffee there amazing managers 😀

This is a favorite Starbucks location in the Charlotte area. The staff is very friendly, super welcoming, and kind. The baristas are good about remembering regular customers and taking the time to make connections. They have a take-one-bring-one little bookshelf and a board with pictures of the employee’s pets, which adds a personal touch. It feels like a community space. However, one thing bugs some customers: a dude working there leaves the food cold on the counter and forgets about it, even when ordered through the app.
