We all know Starbucks drive-thrus are always a dicey proposition. On one hand, they're a blessing for those of us with dogs who scream if they're left in the car for two seconds, absolutely. I visit this location 3 times a week and the young lady making me drink order got upset because I stopped her making my drink incorrectly and then proceeded to say I didn’t tell her I didn’t want whip cream and I know I did because I had to repeat my order twice and I never get my drink with whip cream and her attitude was terrible. I don't live in Charlotte so this Starbucks location isn't one I visit often. I am here every couple of months for work. The last two times this location was across the street from where I stayed. Every time I have come into the store I have been impressed with the level of service I have received. All of the staff every time has been extremely friendly. The store is always clean, which is no easy task as they are busy at this location. My drink is always right and the egg bites...read full review
