Worst experience at a jersey mikes ever. I walk in while they were doing an online order ask me what I want and don’t say another word. They made my sub without asking me what I wanted. Just assumed I wanted it mikes way and when I told them I didn’t. They got annoyed. Were very passive aggressive
Jersey Mike's is truly *A Sub Above* and can do no wrong in my opinion! If I need a quick lunch and there's a Jersey's nearby, you can guarantee that's what I'm getting. I love the order online option through the app. Also, I'm addicted to the Shore Points. I get a free mini sandwich every couple months or so, and what a nice surprise it is! As a vegetarian, I love the number 14 Veggie Sub. However, some of the staff At Jersey Mike's are insensiative, make cracks about my vegetarianism, and won't wipe off the slicing wheel of meat scraps before they slice the vegetables for my sub. I have also had it happen that the bread was stale. Furthermore, the corporate office has had nothing to say when I have registered complaints with them, something which I found very telling.
