I visit this location on regular bases because its on my way to and from work. Ive had some very good experiences and some really bad. The afternoon manager (male) really needs to be taught basic customer service skills however what brought me to this review is I ordered a whopper Jr meal and it came out the exact size of a kid's meal. Roughly a $4 difference. Sorry BK but your food isn't that good. Not sure why it will not allow me to add the pic.
I went through the drive-thru today for lunch and I really was King. A POS snafu occurred and the manager provided customer service of by-gone days. She did not hold me up or the lunch line beginning behind me. She was professional, courteous and respectful to the staff member who hit a wrong button.
