I don’t know what happened to this location but it has degraded badly. The service is horrible, they will mistreat your order if you don’t tip for their bad service and even if you tip they will literally take forever to give you your order. Very disappointed. If you are able to get food elsewhere, please do. You will be late if you think your drive through order will be quick. Very very disappointing!! Third time I didn’t get donuts that I included in my order. I get the hot food, coffee is there, donuts are not there. Shame on me for not standing there in the line, holding up everyone else and digging through the bag to make sure I get my all my food because of the incompetence of the staff. Absolutely terrible. Have never complained about a Dunkin before but this one is a fail almost every time. Put my order in 25 minutes ago. Show up to pick it up. 5 people working. Only one customer in line and they haven’t even started it yet. Service is terrible regularly but this time it was bad enough to make me late for work to write this review.
