“I’m not in Monroe often, but when I am, stopping at Alice Jules is a MUST! The drinks are consistently delicious, the service is quick, and the staff is genuinely friendly and welcoming every time I visit.
Their dog-friendly porch is a huge bonus for me! It’s such a great spot to relax with your pup and enjoy the atmosphere (and a pup cup!). It is clear a lot of thought and care has gone into creating a space that feels both fun and inviting.
Kent and Melody truly set the tone. They go above and beyond not just for their guests, but for their team as well and it shows in the overall experience. As a small business owner myself, I really appreciate the level of intention and hospitality they bring.

“I came in yesterday to experiment with my bestie, and we played it safe with small lattes—just in case they weren’t good 😊 I’m usually loyal to their brand of dark roast beans, so I wasn’t familiar with much else.
I ordered the Hot Honey Lavender Latte and the Hot Honey Almond Milk Crafted Press, and both were smooth, comforting, and perfectly balanced. Such a pleasant surprise. We also grabbed two grilled cheese sandwiches on sourdough, which were golden and melty, plus I picked up a stainless steel mug I love.
Abby and Oswaldo were the best—friendly, patient, and genuinely welcoming. Great drinks, great food, and excellent service. I’ll definitely be back ☕✨“

“As much as I do bad reviews I do great reviews! So here goes, I wasn’t greeted, however the came to assist upon coming to the counter. The engagement with the young lady at the counter was cool she insisted she can make sure my food was cooked. She got the order corrected and got food was given to me. In less than 5 mins. Better service than what I had experienced littler over an hour ago.“

They are friendly, kind, knowledgeable, professional and giving. They make every order feel personalized, unique to each individualized order. “This cozy cafe near the campus is a lovely spot to relax and enjoy great food. Everything tastes fresh and well made, and the service feels warm and welcoming. The space is neat, calm, and inviting, making it a pleasant place to spend time. The almond milk latte and berry smoothie were smooth, flavorful, and very refreshing. Overall, it is a wonderful place that truly deserves five stars.“
