This Starbucks is located in a large shopping area, making it a convenient stop while you're out shopping. The store was clean, well-organized, and maintained. While my order was fine, the staff could have been more welcoming. They seemed to be going through the motions that day. Overall, it's a clean and convenient location. A friendlier atmosphere would make the experience even better.

Keep it up Madison 🤩 5 stars
We came down for a wedding across the street and stopped in for a coffee, phenomenal service and drinks. Thank you Bruno & Rosa for being so kind and patient while we ordered. I know our orders are crazy & I loved the little smile & kind words on the cups lol!

This Starbucks Coffee Company location offers phenomenal service and drinks. The staff is wonderful, cheerful, welcoming, kind, and patient. They never mess up orders and seem very happy. It is one of the best locations and a favorite in all of Charlotte. Drinks always taste the best at this location. The set up, seating options, and outdoor seating are loved. The bathrooms are usually dirty, which is not the barista’s fault, as it is the customers’ fault for making them gross. Overall, it is a great place, very clean, and recommended to everyone.
