McDonald's in Spartanburg

“I seldom visit mcds. We've been here 6 times. This location has it going on! The food is consistently cooked right, comes out blazing hot, yay! And they have not messed up an order yet. The staff is friendly and fast. Keep it up. We drive 25 minutes for this one, passing atleast 5 others that consistently overcharge and mess it up. Good job!“

“Don't go here if you're impatient, we asked for the minecraft meals and it took Maybe 8 minutes and they came out perfectly packaged, it was so well done it made the meal experience nice. They all also said please and thank you and have a good day“

“I came here with my friend. This McDonald’s was comfortable and pretty clean, except for the women’s bathroom. The service was nice to us. We ordered lemonade tea, and a cute girl came up to us and said they didn’t have it she apologized. Overall, we had a good experience and would come back again.“

“Came in today and the young man that took my order was awesome!!
I love their mocha frappe but have always went to Starbucks for shots of espresso to add to… when I mentioned this, he let me know that they also have espresso (I never knew!)“

“I only rated it solo on atmosphere because of the drive-thru being backed up but the food is always so good during lunch time and the ladies that hand out the food are so sweet. I feel like yesterday they made the food and my drink with love. Actually making this review makes me want to drive all the way from Chesnee for one of their refreshers“

“Stopped in on July 3 and didn’t want to use the kiosk so went to the counter and a lady, Courtney came up to take the order which was customized. Filled our drink and sat down. A few minutes later they called our number and grabbed our food and ate. The order was correct, lite sauce, warm and good.
I know McDonalds is pushing the kiosks, which we use often, but it was nice service for Courtney to come up and not ignore someone standing at the counter.“

“I almost stopped going to McDonald's ever again. Was on a trip passing through and stopped at this location. Counter asked right away for my order with a big smile. I ordered with her and was given a number and told she would bring it us when it was ready. She did just that. It was mid-afternoon and I expected lukewarm fries with my Big Mac meal. Surprise they were freshly made and the Big Mac, the bun was freshly toasted the burger was freshly cooked. Something I thought I would never taste again. My wife had a Quarter Pounder, again all fresh, obvious that this burger was fresh and juicy, another unexpected pleasure. I hope this was not a luck of the draw, but I sensed this was the standard for this location. Kudos the the staff and management!“

“This is the first McDonald’s I’ve ever been to that served everything hot and fresh. Absolutely 0 complaints, speedy service and amazing food. Me and my husband were honestly very shocked and very satisfied with McDonald’s for once. We were only visiting Boiling Springs but we would definitely travel the 30+ minutes it takes to get there to experience that again!!!!“

“Listen. This place is amazing. Let me tell you why. This entire staff is working hard but I had an employee that stood out to me and brought tears to my eyes. Jessica is a manager at this location and let me tell you. Running low on food or out of product with what is going on in our world has to be expected. Jessica took care ❤ of me and my family twice. With such class and grace. People were not kind however Jessica you need a raise. This location is so lucky to have you. I will be back. Yes they may have a wait. It it worth it. If your going to be anything be kind. Be patient be kind. Be like Jessica. 👍 Thank you so much!!!“
