“I seldom visit mcds. We've been here 6 times. This location has it going on! The food is consistently cooked right, comes out blazing hot, yay! And they have not messed up an order yet. The staff is friendly and fast. Keep it up. We drive 25 minutes for this one, passing atleast 5 others that consistently overcharge and mess it up. Good job!“

“Don't go here if you're impatient, we asked for the minecraft meals and it took Maybe 8 minutes and they came out perfectly packaged, it was so well done it made the meal experience nice. They all also said please and thank you and have a good day“

“I came here with my friend. This McDonald’s was comfortable and pretty clean, except for the women’s bathroom. The service was nice to us. We ordered lemonade tea, and a cute girl came up to us and said they didn’t have it she apologized. Overall, we had a good experience and would come back again.“

“First time at this location, and I must say, I was pretty impressed! The drive-thru moved fairly quickly even with quite a few cars in line. The staff was friendly, and the landscaping was really neat and well maintained. They even have some unique sculptures around the drive-thru that are definitely worth checking out. Great experience overall—five stars from me!“

“I only rated it solo on atmosphere because of the drive-thru being backed up but the food is always so good during lunch time and the ladies that hand out the food are so sweet. “I just wanted to take a moment to leave a great review for the GM at this McDonald’s. I believe her name is Christina, based on what I’ve heard the employees calling her.
She is honestly one of the best GMs I’ve seen, especially for someone so young. She carries herself with so much maturity, professionalism, and dignity. You can genuinely tell that she cares about her customers and her employees.
What really stands out is how much passion she seems to have for her job. She is constantly encouraging her team to do the right thing, take care of customers, and provide good service. We all know how difficult it can be dealing with people these days, so seeing a manager who continues to push her team to do better is something worth recognizing.
You can definitely tell there has been a change in management. The restaurant is cleaner, the staff seems more caring and polite, and the overall atmosphere feels much better.
Hands down, I just wanted to say great job, Christina! Whatever you’re doing, keep it up. It’s obvious that you care about this restaurant, your employees, and the customers who come through the doors. It’s refreshing to see someone have that much passion for what they do. Great job!“

“Stopped in on July 3 and didn’t want to use the kiosk so went to the counter and a lady, Courtney came up to take the order which was customized. Filled our drink and sat down. A few minutes later they called our number and grabbed our food and ate. The order was correct, lite sauce, warm and good.
I know McDonalds is pushing the kiosks, which we use often, but it was nice service for Courtney to come up and not ignore someone standing at the counter.“

“This is the first McDonald’s I’ve ever been to that served everything hot and fresh. Absolutely 0 complaints, speedy service and amazing food. Me and my husband were honestly very shocked and very satisfied with McDonald’s for once. We were only visiting Boiling Springs but we would definitely travel the 30+ minutes it takes to get there to experience that again!!!!“

“Made a mobile order on the McDonald’s app for breakfast burritos after waiting in the mobile order line for 15 minutes a manager came out told me they were out of burritos. I then asked for a refund and was referred to the Mobile app for a refund which was inaccurate. I reached out to customer service via the mobile app and was told the store could only refund my money. Needless to say, I still have not gotten a refund.“
