“It was really good . My daughter loved it & she can be a picky eater. The employee's are very nice, management is nice too! They seemed a little understaffed though, the wait time was a little long before anyone could get to the register & before you got your order but again they had a busy drive through & seemed understaffed. It was a very clean restaurant. We will come back to this location.“
“Went through the drive thru last night and the guy on headsets was so sweet and funny. My kids were being crazy and screaming for icecream and he wasn’t bothered by the background noise and even made a nice comment when we came to the window. It’s nice to see a young guy being mature and nice. So hard to find young hard workers these days and i definitely feel like he will be going places in life.The food was hot, ready fast and had all the sauces, napkins and cutlery in the bag which had been an issue at alot of other McDonald’s since Covid and the worker crisis.Good job McDonald’s!“
“I ordered food for my grand children and their mom was picking up the food. I sent her a screenshot of the order number. She arrived and gave the order number and she was told that I had to pick it up, that they needed to see MY phone. I drove all the way there, and NO ONE asked to see my phone. This location is a joke. And customer service is horrible. I would never suggest this store to anyone.“
“Came in at 12:15, got my food within three minutes of order, honestly the best looking burger I've gotten from a McDonald's in a while. Actually looked like the photo. Was very hot, and tasty. Well done guys. Bonus points for the restaurant being very clean and tidy.“
“Wanda, Joice, Kathy, Johnny, Beverley, Brandon, Travis and the whole team are so helpful and kind. ❤ The service here is the best it's ever been, with drive-thru times being at what I perceive are an all-time low (and that's great in fast food!). The team is the friendliest and most hard working it's ever been. If you are a regular at this store, the team makes a point to remember your name and order. Oh! And the ice cream machine here WORKS! (Just be patient if it takes longer to fetch, that probably just means someone had to run back to the cooler to grab mix to pour into the machine.) Also, the clientele is the nicest it's been here. Almost every customer I've seen has had lovely manners, which you don't always hear. I hear lots of pleases and thanks yous from the customers and crew members at this store, which is so refreshing. The best time to go? Mid afternoon on weekdays, after school is out and before dinner time. There probably won't be too many people in drive-thru and the dining room should be nice and quiet.Parking: There is additional parking behind the BBQ shack adjacent to the store.Kid-friendliness: Did someone say playground and Happy Meals? You can also host birthday parties at this store.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp on the side of the store that is closest the corner of HWY14 and Woodruff Rd. If you are passing the store on Woodruff, the ramp will be at the right side entrace.“

“Popped in thru the Drive thru which wasn't packed at all. Grabbed a Big Mac Meal for me and a Chicken Sandwich meal for my Woman.Has anyone else Noticed that their Fries are Smaller??Parking: Parking on the Right side of Restaurant or in the back. “I had stopped this morning on my way to work. Placed my order and went to the window. My total was $5.28. I gave them $10.30. I had my food and was taking off. I didn't wait for my change. The manager came running out chasing me down to give me my change. We all live in the "Real World ". We all know that it would have been easy for them to keep my money. But they didn't do that, the gave me my money back. It's really good to see that people have morals and honesty in their actions. Thank you so much, for starting my day on a really good way.“
“The service was reasonably fast but the lady running the register was not interested in being there and was slow to acknowledge customers or run the register. Tables were not properly cleaned so I had to wipe mine down with hand sanitizer and napkins.“
