“Their Playplace is nice and spacious. My kid enjoys playing and eating in this area. It is a nice McDonald's. The only reason I didn't give them a 5 star is because sometimes their customer service lacks. Sometimes I get someone really nice and polite and sometimes I get someone who doesn't even greet me properly at the drive thru. Also, its not always busy inside and the tables are always sticky and food residue. That downtime should be used to clean up and wipe down tables and chairs.“
“Jason W. Was in drive thru and I truly forgot I had used my extra $3 for something else. Yes while I looked inside and out my purse. This young man didn’t say a word or give any aggravation signs. He stated yes ma’am and it’s okay ma’am. I had $1.99 and $0.58 cent to put towards me and son order he allowed me to pay my $1.99 and gave me my receipt. Not know we was truly in fees of a little food.. thank you Jason for patience and understanding and I do understand you can’t do that for every customer but you felt it and went with your heart and 1st instinct. May you be blessed among the best and go whatever your goal is to be in life.“
“Okay I just finished a track meet and I HATE Mc Donald food (sorry) but I got a smoothie and my parents got some food. OH MY GOSH like I don’t be leaving reviews but I had too😭 BOTH of the people that were at the window were sooo sweet AND it was late and they were young and they BOTH greeted us and were just sooo nice like I can’t lol.“
