“My family and I recently visited Whataburger, and although our food took a little longer than expected, the customer service was outstanding. Robert came over and personally apologized for the wait and explained that he was making sure our food was hot and fresh before bringing it out.
When our meal arrived, everything was fresh and tasted great. To make up for the inconvenience, they even gave us hot apple pies, which was a very thoughtful gesture. Robert was extremely kind, respectful, and professional throughout our visit.
It's not often you see customer service like this anymore. We really appreciated the effort and care they showed, and it turned what could have been a frustrating wait into a great experience. Thank you, Robert, and the Whataburger team for the excellent service!“

“First and foremost, the service was FANTASTIC.

This was my first time at Culvers so I asked probably too many questions and ordered with a lot of mods but the lady who took out order was patient and sweet as can be. The wait was not long and our order came out perfect, not one topping missed.

We went back up and ordered custard and a different lady who took our order that time was also perfection when it came to customer service. Our order came out quickly and accurately as well. We greatly appreciated her patience as we changed our orders on her when we discovered different options.

Yet another lady that was cleaning the dining room also made quick small talk with us when we were waiting for food. Just friendly faces all around!

I tried a butter burger and onion rings and they were both delicious but the pretzel bites with cheese sauce were my favorite! The vanilla custard reminded me of a place I frequented as a kid at the boardwalk at the Jersey shore.

“I ordered a cobb salad and it had NO chicken nuggets. I paid $9 for mostly lettuce, gross! I ordered right at 940 on 12/13. I got home and they were closed. I wasnt able to eat it with just lettuce because why? I went hungry tonight :( I dont understand why the chicken was not given?!?! Isnt that the entire point of the salad? Really frustrated and upset.“

“Always a clean store. But the two boys who worked the night of 5/9/26 did absolutely amazing. We got pick up. And not only did they put Mikes way on the side, they put a cup of salt and oregano. Never had that done. I have ordered Mikes way on the side for years. Very nice boys and had my pickup in less than 10 mins! Please reward them.“

“I would to give a big shout out to the staff that worked last night 8/23/24. I noticed I didn't have my wallet at next stop. called them n they said Noone turned one in. I called back n asked can you look by the pop machine maybe left it by there he said sorry just cleaned around the area n nothing. I said I was parked just outside door on pop machine side. he looked out window n didn't see anything. I gave my number n not even 10 minutes later they called back n said they found it. someone went outside and looked in my parking spot n there it sat. 2 hours later still sitting there. big thank you guys who went out n looked for me. it's just a small square key chain wallet so small small small. hey guys I can't thank you enough. oh and thank you Lord for guarding it safe that not one picked it up n pocked it. have a great weekend everyone“

“I went here today after having a bad day and one of the staff members saw I wasn't in a good mood and offered to buy me a milkshake. The kindness of that employee made me start tearing up. I wasn't able to get the milkshake because people in the car behind me started yelling at me to leave the line after I had gotten my order but not the milkshake and I got too stressed out to stay and wait, but I am incredibly grateful to that employee who made my day a little better by showing me that there's still kind people in the world. I'm very sorry they wasted their money and I hope they get a raise.“

“Back in December, I received an order that was incorrect. Bad enough that I had to drive 20-min round trip back. It was a huge disappointment when I’m bringing food home for four family members and one is wrong.

I dropped an airpod and didn’t realize, came back 45min later and they were honest and kept it safe for me. There was a young man with curly blonde hair and an older woman with dark hair working. This was just a stop on a road trip or I’d frequent this location!“
