“I had an excellent customer service experience at Chick-fil-A today. Yesterday, I paid with a $100 bill at the drive-through, picked up my food, and accidentally drove away before getting my change. I didn’t realize what had happened until later that night.

Thankfully, I still had my receipt, so I went back today and spoke with the manager, Owen. He was extremely helpful, patient, and professional. He took the time to contact the manager who had been working the previous day, verified what happened, and made sure I received my change.

I don’t have a picture because I was so excited to try this. This was banging and fire. It was so good I will order it again. Suggestion to anyone planning to order this, do not eat in the car while driving. The waffles are soaked in maple syrup and you also get 2 packets of syrup. Adding the extra syrup is definitely worth it.“

Furthermore I believe you can get mangonadas from the supermarket down the road but I'm going to do a review for them too because they have my purple flowers. That's actually collateral for the $10 I owe them because they spotted me on a mangonada and vanilla wafers.

Good luck getting such treatment from your own family but sometimes you will find family in strangers.

I live 20 min away and if I were to go to a Burger King I would happily drive all the way from Easley to this location. the staff is friendly, helpful, and irresistibly likeable. the entire staff went out of their way to help me with my order, cut up with small talk making me feel like a regular, and even went so far to help me out the door, seeing as my hands were full. this team is aces in my book.“
