“I had an excellent customer service experience at Chick-fil-A today. Yesterday, I paid with a $100 bill at the drive-through, picked up my food, and accidentally drove away before getting my change. I didn’t realize what had happened until later that night.

Thankfully, I still had my receipt, so I went back today and spoke with the manager, Owen. He was extremely helpful, patient, and professional. He took the time to contact the manager who had been working the previous day, verified what happened, and made sure I received my change.

If I was A millionaire I would sponsor this company for that quesadillas alone. Although there tortas are extremely good.

Furthermore I believe you can get mangonadas from the supermarket down the road but I'm going to do a review for them too because they have my purple flowers. That's actually collateral for the $10 I owe them because they spotted me on a mangonada and vanilla wafers.

Good luck getting such treatment from your own family but sometimes you will find family in strangers.

“Absolutely incredible! We ordered the fries loaded with steak and shrimp in a honey garlic sauce, and they were phenomenal. The sweet and savory flavors worked perfectly together, and every bite was packed with flavor.

We usually go for the fries topped with shrimp and crab meat in garlic butter, which are equally amazing. Nothing on the menu is cheap, but the quality, portions, and flavor make it completely worth it. If you're looking to treat yourself, this is one dish you don't want to miss!“

A particular shoutout to this location. Always clean, fresh, consistent, exactly what I ordered and served with a smile. “I came in here tonight around 9pm. There was one man working. He was very kind and polite! I loved the cozy feeling of the restaurant, it felt like a nice southern home. The food I brought home was AMAZING. I have ate at many clock restaurants, but the calabash chicken at this particular restaurant is the best I’ve had. “We were so excited to have a Culver's open closer to our house! This is our family's go-to fast food option for burgers. The food is almost always top notch and is completely reasonable when you have five people dining. Obviously, the best part is the incredible custard options for dessert. They have a gluten-free bun available, which I greatly appreciate as someone with a sensitivity. It isn't the greatest bun - generally falls apart before I can finish my burger - but at least it isn't as dry and cardboard like the gf bun from CFA. The only downsides to this location we've noticed are the soda machines seem to be incorrectly calibrated so that the drinks are all very watered down tasting. We thought this was a new store mistake at first, but it has persisted the entire time they've been open. Secondly, they always have the ketchup dispensers and cups incorrectly inserted so it's very difficult to get a cup and nearly impossible to get the ketchup to dispense. These three issues should be easy to fix and I am not sure why the management hasn't yet addressed them. The final issue is more often than I think should happen we have accuracy issues with our orders. I understand we are ordering a lot of food because we are 5 people and we have some complicated orders, but we can only do so much when the order on the screen reflects what we have said but the food on the tray does not. Again, overall, I feel like Culver's is a top notch destination for both quality food and excellent service, and I think with attention to some of these smaller issues, the store would be a top performer! We will continue to check in often for their progress!“
