“Great people. I was charged for a sandwich I didn't order. I called and asked if they could refund just the sandwich over the phone. The manager said he couldn't without having the card present but he could refund the entire purchase without me coming back. That was so nice of him. I was in town for my son to have back surgery at Shriners Hospital. That was his first meal after surgery. I really appreciate the kindness the employees all showed.“

The location was perfect right near the hospital and it was easy to find

The parking lot had plenty of room with handicapped spots right near the door

The dining room was clean, you might take in a jacket or sweater as it's a bit chilly but that sure feels better than when a restaurant is warm ?

I am beyond grateful for the kindness shown to me that late evening by their staff.

“Asked for lg sweet tea with 1/2 cup of ice. When I got my tea there were maybe 2 cubes left. Drank some tea out so I could get more ice. The tea was not sweet. So as the young guy added ice I asked for sweet tea. He did refill it from the sweet tea container. Bottom line, they need to learn how to make sweet tea. For $2.49 I should have ordered a coke.“

“We really like Arby’s. Great timely service. This restaurant is probably the most consistently clean dining room I have been in. So many other fast food places have done a poor job of keeping the dining room clean. I NEVER have this problem at this location. These guys were open and while the lines were long and we waited 30 mins to place our order, the crew working was absolutely wonderful. They were patient and kind. Gave us hot food and had the best attitude. This crew deserves a nice raise and much more than they currently get. 5 out of 5. Bless you guys!“

“This is my FAVORITE LOCATION! The managers come out and bring your order to you, the staff are very friendly and listen attentively. And their french fries are always hot and crispy! Their sandwich bun is gluten-free and tastes delicious!This location knows how to add the right amount of sugar to their sweet tea! Love this location!!
