The side salads fullsome and tasty. I had the shrimp and grits and really enjoyed them. One of us had the beef tips which was quite a large serving. Sister in law had the wasabi coated tuna and she loved it all. Friend had the 3-combo seafood substituting crabcake for shrimp. She really liked the catfish. My wife had the beefy nachos and simply could not eat it all since the plate was so heaped up. Wine selection was decent. Prices were quite nice and rarely seen by me these days. 5 of us ate and drank for $200 not including tip. The restaurant managers kept the workflow moving well and the place cleaned up. We picked this place off Trip Advisor and would definitely return when next in town. Overall a very pleasant experience.”

There was a delay in getting seated and service was a little slow at times, But the staff more than compensated for that by their professionalism and being super warm and friendly. They even comped a few of our drinks for the delay in getting seated. Extra kudos to our server, Sierra!! She delivered outstanding service and made us feel welcome and taken care of. Greenville has needed a more upscale sushi option with excellent food and drinks and O-Ku delivers. Note one possible con for some is the noise level. It is very loud and it was difficult to hear what others were saying at the table.”

The service was good though I felt having the bartender being my server did change how the service was for. I would say the food is worth trying but for more of a fine dining experience the elevation from the seasonings/sauces was not there. We got drinks at the cafe - iced coffee and a smoothie. I added shots of espresso to the PBCB smoothie and it did not disappoint. They had great options for breakfast, we just weren’t hungry. Loved that they had all allergies labeled!
The outside seating area is huge, and they have some shade hangings to help beat the heat. The free water station is between the cafe and the grocery store. Bathrooms are inside past the produce to the left.
Not all bike racks are in the shade so that made an impact getting back out on the trail after a bit, but what can you do?
They had a very well shaded outdoor kid area that seemed very popular with families. Super cute spot!

“I had the most wonderful experience on April 30, 2023 at The Loft at Soby’s! I highly recommend the Chef’s tasting dinner and I understand they have some upcoming dates available. The menu was 6 courses, but actually there were about 8 or 9 fabulous courses served. The wines chosen by the sommelier were perfect, including a great champagne and a lovely port. This special dinner at The Loft at Soby’s will remain at the very top of my memories and no one is better at making special memories than Soby’s!”

“Driving home from visiting family I pulled up maps and randomly found this restaurant. It was fantastic! Next time I want to try the hot pot! I had the ribeye bibimbap and my husband had a couple sushi roles. We had to try multiple apps since this wasn't local to us. Spicy cucumbers, and crab wonton were great!! Go here and you will not leave disappointed!”
