I have never come across anything I didn’t enjoy. Try their Kandahar Ice tea! It is extremely refreshing, very lightly sweetened and has a wonderful flavor with a bit of lime and cardamom.”

She was very quick with responses to all of my questions and made helpful suggestions to me. Our table ordered Sea Food, Lamb, and Vegetarian Dishes and everyone was beautifully presented and delicious. The Appetizers looked like they belonged in a magazine and were delicious as well! We could not have been more pleased with our experience. This was about the fourth time at Coral and it is hands down our favorite place to dine in Greenville, SC! “Outstanding dinner with family of 8. Food was excellent, served and prepared with a unique southern charm. Can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Service was excellent. Excellent, excellent, excellent and within an easy walk to the Peace Center Concert Hall. Our third time here since moving from up north. A 10 out of 10 from us. My only criticism was with the beautiful sign hung above the main entrance door. Our family was seated in the outdoor patio area, totally enclosed with comfortable heaters. My seat faced the sign - about 8 feet away. While I could read the "Southern Bistro" part of the sign, I could not read the name of the Bistro which was painted in blue with a blue trim painted around the sign. May I suggest an orange color for the name with the same orange trim? You'd then be able to read it from further away. This place is one of our favorites.”

“We finished a five day trip to Greenville by having dinner at Soby's. It was packed on a Friday night serving up their "reimagined" Southern Fare. Ordinarily, I would dive in and tell you about all the great food, instead I want to give props to the two line cooks working the Grill and Sautée stations in the kitchen. Our table on the second level looked right down the back (cooking) line. If you've watched The Bear television series you get to see a dramatized version of how a commercial kitchen operates. At Soby's we saw these two guys in action. A nine-steak order at four different temps, no problem. They mowed through an average of 9-10 tickets on the "rail" all night with God knows how many orders per ticket. Great job. Great job indeed! We started our dinner with the Mussles Mariniere sautéed in a bacon, leeks, Manzanilla sherry, cream. So good. I wish the chef would serve four pieces of toast with the dish so you could soak up more of the sauce. I had to try the She Crab Soup, as it is one of my favorites, and Soby's version with aged sherry bowled me over. For our entrees, our server suggested a combination of half portions of their Shrimp and Grits and Crab Cakes. Apparently my wife is not the only one who couldn't decide between the two, and thus a special was born. The crab cakes had a sweet corn maque choux and were served with haricots verts and a mashed potatoes, remoulade. From words on a menu to executed perfection it was a perfect blend of flavors. The shrimp and grits were good, not the best we have ever had, but again perfectly prepared. My entrée was the Braised Beef Short Rib served with mashed potatoes and a Black Garlic Molasses Jus. I watched my dudes on the line make over 20 of these before mine arrived at the table. Fork-tender, the meat had a great depth of flavor from its long journey of preparation. I ate every bite, OK except for the payback bites to my wife for sampling her special. We finished dinner with a piece of their Limoncello Cheese cake followed espressos and Ameretto. Our waitress was perfect all evening. She had a very busy section, but kept the coursing of dinner moving in a relaxed pace. We never felt rushed. Before I end, a word about wine at Soby's. When you arrive at the table, you are given a wine tome. Not a sheet of paper or a wine list you are used to seeing in most establishments. This was a tomb, bound in a metal cover. Soby's owner is a vinophile and has amassed over 2500 wines on the list, that is always changing as choices are enjoyed and more added. It really is quite a stunning list. So get you some Soby's if you're in town. It was a wonderful experience. You too can enjoy food bliss”

“Visiting Greenville for one night and needed a place to eat that we could walk from the hotel. After seeing reviews and asking about SBH BBQ, we went for dinner and were not disappointed. The Sweaty Pig sandwich was delicious and very filling. The chicken nachos had tons of toppings and were very flavorful. We also tried the briscuit/Mac n cheese egg roll and the sweet potato crunch. Again, delicious. April, our server, and Brock, the manager, were friendly and fun to talk to. From the time we walked in the door, we felt very welcome. If you get the chance to visit SBH, don’t miss out!”

“We hadn’t been for a while and went Wednesday night. Sat at the bar as usual and had fun chat with people around us. The bartenders are efficient and make excellent cocktails. To start we shared the wedge salad. It was very fresh with lots of bacon and blue cheese. Wife went for the salmon which is excellent there. I am not a huge salmon fan,but this is the only restaurant that I will order it. I went with the chicken Marsala. It was a little different take on this meal and was excellent. Super comfort food. We’ll do our best not to let too much time pass before returning.”

“I've tried eating here a few times at night, they never get the order right due to not writing it down.Waited and waited on service for way longer than I should have. They served to go orders that were taken after mine and got them ready. we work close by and myself and my co workers spend a lot of money there several times a week. The day shift is awesome but your night shift needs to be replaced. The next time your cook has something to say, tell her to bring to the parking lot, I can be just as nasty and rude as she was! I know a lot of people that work around here between food and health care and I will be encouraging them to spend their money where people appreciate their customers! Do better! I've worked catering for years and had to cook and could still get more orders out than that. I'm also calling DHEC for leaving the refrigerator open way too long, letting the Temps rise higher than they are supposed too.”

“As a lay-cook and scientist, there are certain ratios that you have to remember. H2O, Corn Starch and Water, and 80/20. I was walking out of my barbershop, and I heard a man describe another ratio of how he makes his burgers, and my mouth watered. This is how I received a card from the owner, Thomas. I hate that I lost it, but I remembered the ratio. When imagination and delusion hit, there is no greater feeling. The ambiance of the restaurant is a museum to its namesake. A table for small groups and high tops for smaller engagements. The menu tells you all you need to know. Multiple selections of burgers in any way that you can conjure. The patient and kind staff will tell you automatically, mix and match as long as you please. There is a menu for fries, let that sink in. My pictures will not do justice. My description is the remnants of a memory I wish to taste. A great burger is not only the meat, it is also the culmination of fresh ingredients. Tasting the fresh onion through the meat on a particular bite, it felt as if the slice was made specifically for this burger. The burger was delectably indescribable. I have had steaks that melted in my mouth on a medium cook, I order my burger well. This burger melted. No disgrace to the buns or the perfectly cooked fires, I would be here all day giving a dissertation on the anatomy of this experience. This is a reason to make your own, like you will make your burger.”

“I was fortunate to have found Shoeless back in 2015 when my kid was doing karate next door. Although I live in Piedmont, Shoeless is and always will be my local (which as a British person is important). I bought my first brew kit here, celebrated a friend’s divorce here, have made wine here, and I can’t even tell you how many evenings and lunchtimes have been here. It’s welcoming, comfortable, and the owners and staff are very knowledgeable. It’s dog-friendly, and my kids have grown up here (don’t get me wrong, you’re not going to fight kids here). Brew-wise, I have tried a lot of breweries in the area over the years, and Shoeless remains my favourite. The selection is great, and although my partner and I have very different tastes, we’re both always happy. It’s just a good and welcoming place to be.”

“WOW! What a WONDERFUL restaurant in downtown Greenville!! My husband and I enjoyed a fabulous meal last night. We started with the lobster bisque and an order of hushpuppies which were both great. The crawfish etouffee and redfish stir fry entrees were generous portions and the beignets were the perfect ending after a fabulous meal. I loved that the waitress had a good concept of the menu to recommend my dish and she gave us a sample of the bisque before we ordered. The chef came by to see if everything was good. We WILL be back!”

“The best Boba you'll find in Greenville is tucked away inside Plant Stella, and when you find it you will never want to leave! The atmosphere is inviting and calm. The staff are all friendly and helpful. I loved their music selection too... It set the chill vibe mode perfectly. This is the only place we can find my child's favorite butterfly pea flower tea, so we stop by as often as possible!”

I haven’t gotten a single item that I did not like they have everything you can think of from larger plates to smaller à la carte they even have desserts! I highly recommend the churros and Lola’s Turon (not pictured but did get on a previous visit) Also the Lola’s Lumpia is probably one of my favorites and literally the only place I know of where I can get lumpia!”

“I hosted an event for 125 people at New Realm in October. Carley, the event manager, was absolutely wonderful to work with. She helped me put together this event less than two weeks before it happened when or original venue closed. She worked within our budget. The time of year was perfect to have the doors open and make good use of the outdoor space alongside the train tracks where we had someone playing music and singing. We had a very large silent auction that they allowed us to set up earlier in the day. They've hosted plenty of events with auctions, so they had ideas of the best way to set it up and still give us good use of the space for guests. This building is gorgeous, the food was delicious, and the drinks came out fast! The bar staff working with our group was incredible. I would absolutely come back to New Realm Brewing Co. to host another event. This place has everything you need!”

“ordered pressco shrimp which was nothing more than pasta water as a sauce. not impressed. ordered the risotto stuffed for an app which never made it to the table and here's the kicker...when we approached the server for seating mind you the restraunt was wide open they attempted to give us a table for two right in the middle of the main doorway from the lounge to the back dining area. I immediately requested a different table. I expected much more. I was let down. sorry guys but it is what it is. rating would be a poor experience based on this FIRST experience. not sure if there will be another.”

“My wife and I were traveling through Greenville on our family road trip and stopped at Tahini for lunch. It's easy to say this was one of the best meals of our road trip.

The food and service were top tier. The menu is focused on select specific dishes but they do them well and you get quality food and generous portions.

We ate family style the falafel salad and beef sandwich. The toddler had the date cookie, which didn't have a lot of sugar.

Nearby parking deck was free for 2 hours. Bathrooms are family friendly with changing tables.”

“We called around 4 pm because that’s the time it said he opens but he really starts at 5 pm….we ordered pizza and it was amazing. As a former New Yorker I can confirm that this pizza is the very closest to New York style pizza. The flavor was on point, cheese on point, and everything was on point. Even my dad was convinced and it’s very hard to satisfy him when it comes to pizza. I will most definitely will be coming back to try the chicken parm but you won’t regret ordering from here.”
