“We went for coffee today for my daughter’s birthday and they surprised her with a cheesecake and announced her birthday over the speaker. So sweet! And when we got the wrong size coffee they immediately made a new one and let us keep the original one in the meantime. And everything was amazing!“

“This is a 5-Star negative review. By which I mean, constructive criticism to a great store and company, one of the best, which I go to whenever I'm nearby. How is it not possible to get a solo shot of espresso, a solo shot macchiato? As in, staff conferred about it and agreed there just wasn't a way (technically and/or store policy) to create or sell a shot of espresso, even if I paid for a doppio. Go figure. 5-Star review because this place is the best and you have to check it out. Best beans, knowledgeable baristas, every drink crafted with great care and knowledge.“

“Newish to greenville and stumbled on this space because I was in the area. Lovely atmosphere. Love the green. Lots of seating. It was very quiet when I walked in and there were only a few people in the space. Barista was cool and I love that they have homemade syrups. This could be a great space to work for a few hours. Floor to ceiling windows, lots of natural light--great space! But...
I was surprised by the cost. A 12 oz latte with an extra shot of espresso and a muffin was $18. I dont mind spending for atmosphere, for good coffee, for good goodies, but these are San Diego prices on Laurens rd. in Greenville SC.

Recommend. I'll definitely visit again but will likely stick to drip.“

“I walked in on a Friday afternoon, no idea it was just after 4pm because I had a busy day and didn’t realize how late in the afternoon it was…the barista was cool about letting me know it was after closing time (4pm) and offered me a cold brew. She was awesome and friendly; and fortunately her register was still open - she just hadn’t locked the door yet. I’m glad because it was a great cold brew. Cool place - looking forward to another visit, during normal business hours!“

“I’ve been to multiple places for boba tea, and none of them come close to being as good as Ding Tea. Every flavor is fantastic, but the strawberry milk tea is my favorite. Other places’ strawberry milk tea can taste like bubblegum somehow, but this actually has a fresh strawberry taste that I adore. This is definitely the best boba tea in the upstate.“

“Grateful Brew is a great place that I love to visit! Having coffee and beer is a winning combination for sure. I would only offer two suggestions that I think would help make this place even better: 1. Consider offering very small samples of beer. C’mon guys, EVERY other place in town (and most across the country) do this! 😁 No one wants to buy a beer they haven’t tried only to find that (in their opinion) it doesn’t taste good. If this was a rare practice I wouldn’t recommend it but it’s the norm at most places that specialize in beer. 2. Find a way to let the world know what you have on tap! Post your tap list on Facebook, IG, or wherever. If it’s easier use Untppd or TapHunter or something similar. I’m more likely to come by if I know there’s something I like (or want to try) on tap. Again, I want to emphasize that I am posting these thoughts as suggestions for improvement—-not as criticisms. Grateful Brew is wonderful “as is” but would (in my opinion) be just that much better with a few small changes. Oh yeah, staying open later wouldn’t be a bad idea either🤣🤣“

“I am visiting from Alberta, Canada..originally from British Columbia. This was the nicest little cafe I've been to! The owner is super friendly and the coffee is phenomenal! I'm very picky about my drinks and they did amazing! My friend loves his smoothie as well! I had the iced Mexican mocha and my friend had the mango Tango smoothie. “I stopped by Camilla Kitchen since I was picking up something from M. Judson this morning. I tried the Dark and Stormy….like a latte with added brown sugar and cardamom syrup….which was perfect. Not too sweet. Not too spicy. I paired that with a blueberry muffin which may be one of the best I’ve had in a while. I wasn’t planning to have breakfast here but glad I did!“

“We stopped here before a meeting yesterday around 9:45am. There was only one woman working but she was sooo pleasant, patient and kind. We both got the same thing a white chocolate mocha and an espresso chocolate chunk muffin. Honestly the mocha was pretty strong. We added a little more sugar to it and once it cooled a little it was still strong but delicious, I really enjoyed it. The muffin had no espresso taste but it was still yummy anyways. I really loved the atmosphere too. All in all glad we decided to stop here, I would come again!“
