“Stopped here after lunch last Sunday to grab a coffee. One of us ordered the cappuccino (pictured); I ordered the Rush Puppy (kinda like a Starbucks Frappuccino only better). Both drinks were delicious! Just a note- the Rush Puppy comes unsweetened, so if you’re a coffee purist, it’s good to go; I needed a little sweetness so the barista gave me a little simple syrup to add to my drink?
Service was good, atmosphere was good, coffee was delicious. Definitely returning.“

“I love this place, but I recently ordered my family 6 of the original Ding teas with Boba with 100% Sugar and all of them were plain and unsweetened. Normally these guys are on it but that was a big bummer ? Would give them 5 stars ? if not, make sure you guys try out your drinks before leaving, mine was takeout so I was long home by the time I tried mine!

Guys I edited my original review, The awesome guys at this place contacted me regarding the experience! I didn't write the original review out of maliciousness or anything of the sort, I LOVE THIS PLACE! But I did want to give a heads up to customers to make sure their drink is made correctly especially when it's pickup and the store get busy. Mistakes happen especially in a place that gets frequented alot like this and during the weekend of course. I completely Understand the slight mistake!! Still I totally appreciate that they went beyond what they needed to do and contact me to apologize. I will definitely go back for their drinks, one experience will not ruin it for me, and their service today has cemented it for me!! ??“

“My wife and I stopped in for a coffee on a gorgeous late Saturday morning. I had my usual latte, and it was just fantastic. We went next door to Urban Digs to wander around a bit, and I remarked to my wife at least once how good this latte was, and felt I had to take a picture of it to share with you.“

“I took my kids there today to grab some boba and it was fantastic. The atmosphere was great, the customer service was great as well. We got the mango summer tea(I believe) and strawberry breeze boba. Both was fantastic at semi sweet sweetness. My kids loved it and we will be back for boba in the future. Highly recommended“

“My first ever stay was on October 27th; I had no clue Modal was having a Halloween celebration that evening. The place was packed by the time I arrived, but the staff despite being very busy, accommodated and got me checked in and into my area within minutes. I would recommend anyone to stay at Modal. On top of extraordinary staff the facilities are beautiful modern and very clean.“

If you need a place to work without constant people walking past you and rarely finding distractions, this is it! At least for me it was tucking myself in the corner with a whole extension cord outlet. Love their green tea and they also have yummy pastries!“

The combination of a coffee shop and a TCBY ice cream yogurt spot might seem unconventional, but it surprisingly works well. The coffee is both delicious and affordable compared to larger chains. The cashier was incredibly kind and helpful, adding to the positive experience. I opted for the iced mocha with hazelnut flavoring, while my mom enjoyed a half and half Milky Way flavored hot coffee. “I have to be bias on the food because I am a Dunkin fan. That being said, the coffee isn't horrible but it's not great, either. The staff is friendly and made me feel welcomed so they get a big plus on that. I would recommend Starbucks to people who don't know what good coffee is.“

“I love this cafe! I've tried a variety of their speciality lattes and they all have been great. As far as breakfast sandwiches my go tos are The Bex and The Zepplin-both delicious. Their fresh juices are perfect after a workout and I've enjoyed the Glowing Gardens, Green Meadows, and Whimsical Leaves. I just recently tried their Cheesy Roast Beef sandwich and it was awesome! My family are all National Park Geeks; we love all the top quality merchandise, the screen print T's, posters, stickers, patches, games, cards, candles etc. Each year I find unique gifts for family members; Christmas presents, stocking stuffers ? etc. for the outdoor enthusiast. I recently attended a candle making craft class and enjoyed learning a new skill. Great people, great products, even great coffee while you shop in an artistic atmosphere. I was in a time crunch this morning and tried to order online and it said “not accepting orders.” So I tried to call several times on the way and no answer. I was already frustrated pulling up to the long line and had convinced myself this was about to be a waste of $20. But it’s freaking delicious and the customer service was outstanding. I couldn’t be mad if I wanted to!“
