“I LOVE CRUMBL !!! The first time I went was in 2022 ever since then I have been going. It’s my favorite place to get customized cookies and their fast service always brings me back . I recommend signing up for their rewards because every dollar you spend you earn points when you hit a curtain amount like 100 you earn a $10 coupon. It’s great because I get 2 cookies for free ?.Parking: The parking in this area is alittle tight , that’s because are surrounded by other stores ! But I recommend going in the morning or certain days when it’s not too busy . But other than that I love going here.Kid-friendliness: I think it’s kid friendly because they welcome you with a warm smile and serve hot & ready cookies. They have a display for everyone including kids to view the cookies , if you have any questions about certain ones the employees have information to help you .“

“I got the sugar free caramel banana Foster. It was really good. When I asked how many carbs were in it, I was a little surprised to get a timely answer. This to me means someone is educating their employees, or at least having information they might need readily available so A+ on that. The crew was friendly and the flavor was really good.“
“Desserts here are awesome and over the top. You'll pay about $16 and get a crazy dessert in a Mason jar where the jar is full of ice cream, the rim of the jar is coated in something sweet, and then a full dessert is put on top of the jar (brownie, cheesecake, donut, etc.) and covered in whipped cream. When you're done, you clean your Mason jar at the cleaning station and take it home with you.“
“Our favorite ice cream shop in the Upstate. Although they sell Hershey brand ice cream, it’s good quality & there are lots of options. They make the best milkshakes. Portions & pricing are excellent! The service is superb - we love them & they always treat us like family - not just customers! I cannot recommend this place enough.“

“I ordered Houni’s for a birthday party for 80 people and the catering service was excellent. Their communication was quick and thorough. They packaged up everything nicely in a cooler for us to bring to the event, and the food was delicious. Overall I highly recommend Hounis for large events!“

“Yum yum, I finally tried this creamy deliciousness in Greenville, SC. Greenville is one of my favorite cities to visit in the fall. The best ice cream that Ive eaten in the USA, literally no stomach issues!! They have a large variety of ice cream, shakes and dairy free products. Customer service was excellent and professional.
