“Your average Jeni’s ice cream location. Service has always been nice, they have smaller scoop size and it’s more pricey but it’s “premium” ice cream with lots of different flavors. The only thing I’d like them to improve are their dairy free flavors. They don’t change them out very much and only have 2 at the moment (peppermint and banana pudding) which are both good but after awhile I’d like to see some variety.“

“Great flavor, good customer service, but I was. Barged $5 for a rainbow shaved ice. I have ALWAYS PAID $3.50(same size). Sign says $3.50 too. This is nothing fancy, no fruit , only ice and flavor syrup. The specialties are $5ish. Bring exact change!!“

“We finally make it downtown to the most awesome, made on premises, candy, fudge and ice cream shop. So excited. It's literally 5:02 pm. Normal close time 10:00 pm. There is a sign on the door that they closed at 5:00 pm for an employee outing. Feeling beyond totally disappointed, we sit in the courtyard trying to get motivated to find something else to do on this beautiful day. Apparently we looked extremely sad as well, because in a few minutes an employee comes out with a Kilwins chocolate box and says she saw us looking sad and felt very bad we were so disappointed. Please take these chocolate dipped strawberries we had left over, and come back and see us soon. My goodness so many strawberries! Ripe and juicy and, of course, dipped in some of the best chocolate I've had in my life. So fortunate to have yet another great thing here, a delicious candy, fudge and ice cream shop!! “I recently visited Crumbl Cookies and was blown away by how delicious their cookies are! Each one is fresh, warm, and packed with flavor. The rotating menu keeps things exciting, and I loved trying new flavors alongside some of their classic cookies. The quality and taste are truly top-notch, and it’s hard to leave without taking a box home.

However, the staff experience wasn’t as sweet as the cookies. While they got my order right, they didn’t seem very welcoming or enthusiastic, and it felt a bit rushed at the counter. A little more friendliness would have made the visit perfect.

Overall, the cookies are absolutely worth it, and I’ll definitely be back for the treats—they’re just that good! I hope the staff experience improves to match the quality of the cookies.“

“This place is very nice! The self serve frozen yogurt was so good and so many topping options to choose from! They have a hot chocolate bar set up for the winter, it is amazing! Prices isn’t bad at all! They are very dog friendly! They have a section that sells dog collars and bandannas and more! Highly recommend!“

“I have always enjoyed this location on Pelham Road with my family but lately i feel uncomfortable because im always asked if i want to give a tip . I don’t mind having a tip box available if i feel there has been outstanding service at the drive through but now im confronted with having to say no and feeling guilty. It seems like a small thing but even in a sit down restaurant im not verbally asked to give a tip.“

“We were so excited to have a Culver's open closer to our house! This is our family's go-to fast food option for burgers. The food is almost always top notch and is completely reasonable when you have five people dining. Obviously, the best part is the incredible custard options for dessert. They have a gluten-free bun available, which I greatly appreciate as someone with a sensitivity. It isn't the greatest bun - generally falls apart before I can finish my burger - but at least it isn't as dry and cardboard like the gf bun from CFA. The only downsides to this location we've noticed are the soda machines seem to be incorrectly calibrated so that the drinks are all very watered down tasting. We thought this was a new store mistake at first, but it has persisted the entire time they've been open. Secondly, they always have the ketchup dispensers and cups incorrectly inserted so it's very difficult to get a cup and nearly impossible to get the ketchup to dispense. These three issues should be easy to fix and I am not sure why the management hasn't yet addressed them. The final issue is more often than I think should happen we have accuracy issues with our orders. I understand we are ordering a lot of food because we are 5 people and we have some complicated orders, but we can only do so much when the order on the screen reflects what we have said but the food on the tray does not. Again, overall, I feel like Culver's is a top notch destination for both quality food and excellent service, and I think with attention to some of these smaller issues, the store would be a top performer! We will continue to check in often for their progress!“

The staff there are top shelf, especially when you go there for morning coffee or tea before you start your day. Everyone brings the staple southern hospitality begins your day with a smile. They have an exciting array of latte flavors, and a down to earth industrial look on the inside mixed with some representation of paintings by local artists. It’s the perfect place to meet up with clients or with fellow professionals to network. They have free WiFi for getting work or homework done as well. They also have amazing ice cream options. Our children talk about Spill the Beans as if it’s Disneyland to our out of town friends. We love to go on family walks after work when it’s nice out and go up and down the Reedy and then stop in for some STB ice cream as the grand finale. An impressive plethora of flavor options, along with waffle cones they make right there in house - you can watch them make each one in the morning - make it the perfect highlight to take friends and family to when they visit from out of town. Greenville is full of wonderful and unique coffee and ice cream shops, but in our book, Spill the Beans downtown tops the list comfortably. *Grateful tip of the hat to the All-Star baristas in the morning, including Maddie, Leah, and Chloe, who offer the white glove experience every establishment looks for in their staff 🫡“
