Love their oatmilk and non-dairy ice cream flavors!
I have always enjoyed this location on Pelham Road with my family but lately i feel uncomfortable because im always asked if i want to give a tip . I don’t mind having a tip box available if i feel there has been outstanding service at the drive through but now im confronted with having to say no and feeling guilty. It seems like a small thing but even in a sit down restaurant im not verbally asked to give a tip.
If you know me, you know I love Brusters! The Pelham Road location is where I primarily go. Staff is always friendly and professional.

Bruster's Real Ice Cream offers creamy and delicious treats with a large variety of ice cream, shakes, and dairy-free products. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, making each visit enjoyable. The ice cream is made fresh and is a must-try, with unique flavors like caramel Apple and Double Chocolate Chunk. With a drive-thru or front window ordering option, visitors can enjoy a sweet treat. The team is polite and professional, though the wait can sometimes be slow during busy times. Bruster's is highly recommended for its delicious ice cream and Pup Cups for pups.
