I have always enjoyed this location on Pelham Road with my family but lately i feel uncomfortable because im always asked if i want to give a tip . I don’t mind having a tip box available if i feel there has been outstanding service at the drive through but now im confronted with having to say no and feeling guilty. It seems like a small thing but even in a sit down restaurant im not verbally asked to give a tip.
If you know me, you know I love Brusters! The Pelham Road location is where I primarily go. Staff is always friendly and professional.
