Took the kids to the TCBY on Congaree Road and it was a win all around. Store was clean, the yogurt was great, and the staff was exceptional — friendly, patient, and kind to all of our kids. Little things like that make a difference. Five stars, we'll be back.
TCBY is always such a great treat! The customer service is exceptional—everyone is friendly, welcoming, and genuinely makes you feel appreciated from the moment you walk in. The frozen yogurt is delicious with so many yummy flavors and toppings to choose from, so there’s something for everyone. Everything is fresh, clean, and well-stocked. It’s become one of our family’s favorite places for dessert, and we always leave happy. Highly recommend!
It was alright, the staff was friendly and accommodating. Better than most frozen yogurt.

Customers praise the great taste and the friendly, helpful staff. The flavors are amazing and they even have hand dipped ice cream choices and a coffee bar. The service is excellent and the staff is very friendly. They have a drive-through window and are open early in the morning. It is the perfect spot to grab a sweet treat like the cold brew coffee froyo with excellent toppings.
