I felt that they genuinely care about making their customers happy. I was impressed. And again, the food was great. I got the Windy City Burger... We each got different style burgers, and everyone loved them. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.“

The donuts from Hendough were just as good. The Espresso Carmel was delicious and the two flavors paired well together. “Watched the Super Bowl at this Sports Bar while visiting Greenville, SC. Our waitress was very attentive and prompt. We were there for a while, so we got to sample several items off the menu. The Spinach Artichoke Dip was good, but tasted more like cheese dip with spinach in it. Loved the fried pickles, had a little spiciness too them. My husband enjoyed the Sweet Chili wings. The Vegan Bowl was super flavorful, too.“

Interesting history this is the original, eat here but look next door and ask the original owners son who runs it now about the history of the two Clock restaurants right next door to each other! The chicken livers were perfectly cooked and the portions are huge and the it’s so inexpensive. Do yourself a favor and get some great food at this historic joint. Didn't realize the burger comes with no side at all, but we got the Three Way with truffle fries, sweet potato fries, and fried pickles, which was perfect to share (tho truffle fries taste better in the sweet marmalade sauce and sweet potato fries taste better in the dijon.) We split the beer cheese burger, which was fine - I mostly liked it for the pretzel bun. It's smaller than I thought it would be. We also shared a freaks ahoy shake (which they customized for my birthday!) and the ice cream sandwich on top was great, but the milkshake itself had no cookie pieces - it was just vanilla, and mostly milk. If we had to do it again, we'd get the salted caramel "non-freaky" shake and try to get a side of bacon to go with it.Service was generally good and quick, though points off for our server denying that our shake didn't have any cookies in it, when we were the ones eating it and clearly not finding any. (But I wouldn't get that shake again anyway - I was picturing an oreo-like cookies & cream shake with a mayfield-like ice cream sandwich on top, not chocolate chip cookies.
