“The food was delicious once we got it BUT, there was one Waitress handling bar orders and food! We waited an hour to get a glass of water, another 30 minutes to get our bar order! Food finally came out 35 minutes later and it was very good under the curcumstances. It appeared that all food orders were coming from the restaurant upstairs! The Waitress was very polite and did an AWESOME JOB! This was a Friday night, with an event at the Ampetheater only a half block away! SHAME ON THE OWNER OF THIS ESTABLISHMENT for putting the Waitress in this position. Please don't come back with being short handed, YOU must know that 1 Waitress can't tend bar, get orders, keep the tables serviced and keep the drinks coming! We asked the staff to turn down the volume and was told corporate controlled the volume of the radio.After this morning we will not be back! Staff is great and food is delicious. “We ate at the Pickens location about 6 months ago, after the long drive home open up our burgers and they both were raw and fries were old. Manager wouldn't replace the fries I asked for Jackson but he wasn't in . I used to work the Clemson store . Tonight we tried it again 5/30/25 and burgers were great. Fries cold but ..it was still good“
