“This has been a hidden oasis for a reasonable place to enjoy until this morning. The music was so loud we could not talk to each other without screaming! We asked the staff to turn down the volume and was told corporate controlled the volume of the radio.After this morning we will not be back! Staff is great and food is delicious. Corporate thank you for making Sunday morning Unpleasant.“

“A completely different experience than the Wendys in Easley. Wendys located in Pickens operates as it should and as you would expect. Drive through has never once failed to get the order correct, food is fresh and hot, and the service has always been easy to communicate with. No issues. Good food cooked well and consistently tastes good. Easley on the other hand is probably the worst Wendys I have ever gone to. Not once or twice but every time in going there. Service is only, consistently with out fail screws up the order, overwhelming sense that the employees could careless about the preparation handling or quality of the food their I trusted to serve the public. Dave Thomas got it right, Wendys is one of my favorite burger joints to go. Happy to spend my money at Wendys. Just not the Easley Wendys, I mean if I wanted the worst undercooked food I could possibly find, given to me by highly unpleasant rude people with no customer service skills , all while waiting in long line that moves at the speed snail. Wait...wrong.. snails move faster than the drive through line at the Wendys in Easley. If that place scored zero out of ten on anything would be a dramatic improvement.“

“The Pickens BK is by far the best one I’ve been to. Every time I go by they get my order right and in a quick manner. The inside is also always clean. The staff and the manager Mrs Joyce are awesome!“

“The drive thru was a bit backed up, so I went inside to order. The store was clean, the counter attendant was friendly, the service was very fast and my food was handed to me as if I was an important customer. I appreciate that AND you have Coke products, which I love. I will definitely be back soon!“

“This LJS/KFC combo restaurant took me back in time - the food was top notch, the restaurant is spotless & the staff is attententive and sweet. Michael and Brandon both went above and beyond. We will definitely be regulars- this location puts others to shame. *Please get these sweet men a new sound system- their music system is skipping.“

“If I could give this location more stars, I would. I have visited several different taco bells across the upstate and this one by far is my absolute favorite. I get the same order every time and it has absolutely always been consistent and delicious. It is disappointing when you order something and it varies in quality each time, but this taco bell has always been consistent and I am very happy about it! The employees are also kind and I've never had to wait very long here either.“

“I was served by Nicki today at the Pickens location. She was not only attentive and kind, but made one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had from Subway. She took the time to carefully place all the toppings on the sandwich and make sure she didn’t make a mess. One of the best interactions I’ve ever had at a Subway. Very clean store, fresh ingredients and kind staff.“
