“This has been a hidden oasis for a reasonable place to enjoy until this morning. The music was so loud we could not talk to each other without screaming! We asked the staff to turn down the volume and was told corporate controlled the volume of the radio.After this morning we will not be back! Staff is great and food is delicious. Corporate thank you for making Sunday morning Unpleasant.“

“The Pickens BK is by far the best one I’ve been to. Every time I go by they get my order right and in a quick manner. The inside is also always clean. The staff and the manager Mrs Joyce are awesome!“

“We ate at the Pickens location about 6 months ago, after the long drive home open up our burgers and they both were raw and fries were old. Manager wouldn't replace the fries I asked for Jackson but he wasn't in . I used to work the Clemson store . Tonight we tried it again 5/30/25 and burgers were great. Fries cold but ..it was still good“

“Food is great, could use a little more care when assembling food items, because the food comes out a little sideways but is amazing nonetheless. Staff could take a little more time to check what goes in the bag, often times I’m missing items. I know they need to push us through the line, but if it’s paid for, it should be in the bag.“

“Last time I went to a Long John’s I said never again… years later I visit this one and it has restored my faith in them! Cole slaw was very fresh, I had forgotten how decent their fish actually is, establishment was clean, people were so nice and the sweet tea was even tolerable! My hubby will be happy when I ask to go back finally!!! Let’s face it- it is still greasy fast food but I’d come back to this one!“

“I was served by Nicki today at the Pickens location. She was not only attentive and kind, but made one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had from Subway. She took the time to carefully place all the toppings on the sandwich and make sure she didn’t make a mess. One of the best interactions I’ve ever had at a Subway. Very clean store, fresh ingredients and kind staff.“

“If I could give this location more stars, I would. I have visited several different taco bells across the upstate and this one by far is my absolute favorite. I get the same order every time and it has absolutely always been consistent and delicious. It is disappointing when you order something and it varies in quality each time, but this taco bell has always been consistent and I am very happy about it! The employees are also kind and I've never had to wait very long here either.“
