“My rating is comparing this location to other subways. The food is what you would expect from any subway, but this location has been very clean each time that I’ve gone. During my last experience, the workers were very friendly and gave suggestions when I mentioned branching out from my regular subway order.“
“This store has undergone some renovation, and I saw what appeared to be new shift management...quite an improvement from my last visit...Sadly, the parent company,Carroll's, is so far removed, I'm not sure how they react fast enough to local needs..“
“Tonight I had a very large order. When arriving they realized another person had taken the order. They quickly fixed the order again and refunded my entire order. They did all that politely and respectfully without complaining or having me get upset. “I wasn’t physically here, but whoever the nice lady was that I spoke with about my Uber eats order being messed up, WAS A DOLL!!! She took the time (almost 30 mins) to call Uber eats and get me a refund. It wasn’t their fault that my order was messed up, it was Uber. But I HIGHLY recommend going here. Customer service is AMAZING. I work fast food myself and I know it can be frustrating but this woman handled it like a pro. She also told me, she will do whatever for her customers to be happy.“
