I know Hardee's in New Ulm MN has had some issues, but I went there today and was more than impressed! there were at least four people working there and they were so friendly and the food came really fast. it was fresh and hot and delicious! I can't wait to go there again, it looks like they have really pulled it together!
I’ve been going to this Hardee's location for nearly 50 years. Ive not been in a while and decided to gravely biscuits for a Saturday breakfast the food was great and the service was even better Tamara P. Our counter server was fantastic I would defiantly recommend this location if traveling or a local customer.

Hardee's is a clean restaurant with friendly and helpful employees. The food comes out quick and tasty. One employee was fantastic with an autistic grandson, speaking gently and making the entire experience great. During a drive-thru visit, the restaurant was not open for dine in, and only one person was working. She was very efficient and happy, asking customers to pull forward and bringing out everyone's food in less than a couple minutes. She said even if no one is there, she still has a job to do, making the breakfast experience worthwhile. However, customers should order everything needed at the drive-thru, as staff do not have time to add anything else at the window. The restaurant has wheelchair accessibility for inside dining or takeout.
