14 Best Fast Food Restaurants in Piedmont

“I asked for hot food. The only things hot was the cheese sticks and the peach cobbler egg roll.I went right back to the drive thru window and asked for my fish sandwich and curly fries to be fresh please and thank you. I waited about 5 minutes and yes it was hot and fresh 👌“

“Thankful for the employees at this location after the Teddy Swims concert on 6/12 in Easley. They were so kind, accommodating, and prompt with my order. They got slammed with customers around 10:45-11:00pm after the concert and I went inside to order, didn’t realize the inside was closed but staff accommodated me and let me wait on an order inside. They were so nice, even while being overwhelmed. I hope they get the recognition and compensation they deserve. Thank you for making my post-concert experience with a quick, reliable choice a good one!“

“Placed a pick up order today for lunch - was ready in the 10ish min it took me to get there & both people working the window were very kind! Made the whole experience good considering the Dave's Double combo w/ a small frosty was very delicious. New to the area & will definitely be back!“

“I came to get a to go order and was very surprised to find a very efficient and well mannered lady who took and prepared my order. You could practically hear her smile and feel that she likes her job, which is hard to find in this day and age.“

“ordered an impossible whopper with extra pickles and mayo. it was perfect. there was multiple layers of pickles and a glorious amount of mayonnaise spilling over the sides. it was the best burger i have ever had in my life. to whoever made this burger sent from heaven, thank you from the bottom of my heart.“

“We recently visited the BK on Hwy153 in Piedmont SC. I rarely go inside and usually use the drive thru but I needed help with online coupons. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by 2 of the friendliest employees that I have ever experienced at a fast food restaurant. Jhakohbi was extremely nice and helpful and Ryan was just as awesome. Not only did they help us, they were super positive and made us laugh. Great job guys!! They need to be recognized for excellent customer service and skillspositive attitudes! Definitely will return! ❤“

“I went around lunchtime the food was fresh. However, the cheese sticks were possible old. The cheese was almost like a texture or melted powder. ( hard to explain) When asking for the marinara sauce for them. It was like a hassle and a burden on the staff. What made the experience even more interesting. Was listening to all of their unusual and not so professional conversation while dining in. I mean you do get what you paid for.“

“I wanted to take a moment to recognize the outstanding experience I had at Bojangles on Sunday, June 7th, 2026, around 9:30 PM. From the moment I pulled into the drive-thru, the service was incredibly fast and efficient. Even during a busy evening hour, the staff handled everything professionally and kept the line moving smoothly.
What stood out the most was the woman working the drive-thru. Her attitude, hospitality, and professionalism were truly exceptional. She was polite, welcoming, and genuinely seemed to care about providing great customer service. It’s rare these days to encounter someone who goes above and beyond with such a positive attitude, and she absolutely deserves recognition for the way she represented the restaurant.

When I got my food, it was fresh, hot, and cooked perfectly. Everything tasted excellent, and it was obvious the kitchen staff took pride in what they were serving. The quality of the food combined with the excellent customer service made this an easy 5-star experience for me.

I also want to point out that this is not the first time I’ve received exemplary service at this location. Every visit has consistently been pleasant, and the staff always seem professional, respectful, and hardworking. Employees like these deserve far more recognition for the effort they put in every day. Thank you to the entire team for continuing to provide such outstanding service.“

“Just had our pizza delivered and they forgot the sodas - the driver was so apologetic and we told him it was not a problem and to just bring them back when he was on another delivery. He actually went to the gas station and bought our sodas! Excellent customer service!!!!“

“The Subway chain is always hit-or-miss. Some places are so stingy with ingredients that you end up with more bread than anything. This location at this time was good. Lots of ham, fresh veggies, and fast efficient service in spite of it being a ‘busy’ time. The only complaint is the appearance - lots of caked-on dust on fixtures I’m afraid. And maintenance was poor with a lot of things just broken and ‘patched up’. I did observe them cleaning surfaces though, so that was a good thing. I would advise management to schedule a quarterly ‘deep clean’ and repair some of the taped up hanging fixtures.“

“I got pulled in off of the interstate to find a Subway my footlong tuna sandwich toasted extra long was actually toasted extra long.
The sandwiche was made quickly and accurately and cut in half for me.

What more can you ask for a Subway?

It's part of a gas station so the atmosphere is out of a gas station atmosphere of a restaurant attached to play gas station. But overall, the tables are green and clean the bathrooms are clean, food is hot and made to my order.“

“After a long day of driving and making deliveries, I decided to stop by Zaxby’s to grab something to eat. The first thing I noticed was how unbelievably clean the restaurant was especially the restroom. That alone says a lot about how a business is run.
When I went to place my order, I was greeted by four different employees, which immediately made me feel welcomed. The assistant manager, Brian, took my order and was extremely polite and professional. You can tell the staff is very well trained. There was no horseplay, no distractions everyone was focused and working together smoothly behind the scenes.
I ordered the loaded fries, and honestly, they were arguably the best loaded fries I’ve ever had. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and made with care. To the kitchen staff: your hard work and attention to detail truly made my experience worth dining in. Great customer service is one thing, but combining that with amazing food makes a place stand out.
Thank you to Brian and the entire team for turning a simple meal into a genuinely great experience.“

“The young lady was really pleasant. Her customer service was amazing. She served me, my children, and nephews. It was about 5 of us and she made sure she had enough personal pan pizzas before all of us ordered. I advise her I will be back again.“
