“I wanted to take a moment to recognize Linda because she truly deserves to be noticed and appreciated.

Linda is always working around the dining area, making sure the tables are wiped down, everything is clean, and the restaurant is stocked and taken care of. I come to Chick-fil-A often with my toddler and baby, and Linda has been such a blessing to me every time I’m there.

She notices me. She notices when I’m trying to juggle two little ones by myself, and she always goes above and beyond to make things a little easier. One time, she overheard me saying that I needed more tea and immediately came over and helped me. Today, when she saw us, she asked if she could bring me the little table covers for the kids. These may seem like small gestures, but they mean SO much to a mom trying to manage two young children on her own.

I actually took a moment today to tell Linda how much she means to me because I truly don’t think she realizes how much of a difference she makes. She is always paying attention, always willing to help, and always doing more than she has to.

I hope management knows what a special employee Linda is. People like her are what make customers feel welcomed, cared for, and seen. Her kindness has absolutely not gone unnoticed. She has been a blessing to me and my children, and I am so grateful for her.

“Shout out to Princess Ansley at the Powdersville location. I had a minor issue with my order about four days ago. I called the store Ansley took my information and said they would make it right. A few days passed I finally made it back to the store today. I gave my name to another sweet girl at the window. Just so happen Ansley was at work and came to the window long story short she was polite just like she was when I called about my order being incorrect. Even the gentleman who brought my food to the car was super polite. I see alot of bad reviews for this location. Cleary those people are gone.the crew now is amazing. “This is located at Gather Greenville - where there is outdoor seating and multiple food and alcohol options-
The guys working were friendly - the food was hot and was done quickly! My friend got veggies and cheese on a toasted Kaiser roll and I got a Philly cheesesteak. both came with pub fries which were hot and crispy. Will definitely come back again!“

“I give 4 stars for the atmosphere because of the physical location. It's next to a major highway and gets very busy during lunch. Often times find cars cannot get in and out of this location very easily if the line is backed up. The parking lot is small and access to it gets closed during these busy times so many people have to park away from the restaurant and cross the road which has no designated pedestrian crossing. The inside of the store is nice and clean, plus it's one of the few restaurants in Easley with a playground which is nice. I've even seen staff clean it during the day which is what all parents hope for. This location specifically has friendlier, well trained staff than other locations I've been to and my orders are the most accurate at the Easley Chick-fil-A than any other fast food restaurant I've ever been to.“

“I had an excellent customer service experience at Chick-fil-A today. Yesterday, I paid with a $100 bill at the drive-through, picked up my food, and accidentally drove away before getting my change. I didn’t realize what had happened until later that night.

Thankfully, I still had my receipt, so I went back today and spoke with the manager, Owen. He was extremely helpful, patient, and professional. He took the time to contact the manager who had been working the previous day, verified what happened, and made sure I received my change.

If I was A millionaire I would sponsor this company for that quesadillas alone. Although there tortas are extremely good.

Furthermore I believe you can get mangonadas from the supermarket down the road but I'm going to do a review for them too because they have my purple flowers. That's actually collateral for the $10 I owe them because they spotted me on a mangonada and vanilla wafers.

Good luck getting such treatment from your own family but sometimes you will find family in strangers.

“The food is priced comparable to other restaurants. All the employees are super nice and go out of their way to get your order correct. The hotdogs are great! Be sure to order a container of slaw. The homemade chocolate pound cake is the perfect dessert. If you're in town, you should definitely try a Skin's hotdog.“

“i have been coming to the clock 5.the bottom clock for years and i have never got bad food. it’s always bin fresh and cooked Excellent. thay don’t have a drive thru. thay always get the reviews wrong, and the other clock it’s called j&p clock.“

“I went in to try the $7.99 meal and it was A drink small curly fries regular sandwich and two deep fried dessert something or others and a two or three mozzarella sticks.

For me I just like the meats not really big on anything outside of that the curly fries so I don't know Arby's has been expensive since 1980 so it is actually probably cheaper and comparison if you graft it out then are the other big three“

“The sandwich was exactly as described. For that, I was extremely grateful! My friend had just taken me to have my hair colored and my hairstylist kept discussing food! Needless to say, once finished we went directly to Subway, again, coincidentally, was about 2 minutes away! We both enjoyed the owners and employees courtesy throughout. From the moment I pulled into the drive-thru, the service was incredibly fast and efficient. Even during a busy evening hour, the staff handled everything professionally and kept the line moving smoothly.
What stood out the most was the woman working the drive-thru. Her attitude, hospitality, and professionalism were truly exceptional. She was polite, welcoming, and genuinely seemed to care about providing great customer service. It’s rare these days to encounter someone who goes above and beyond with such a positive attitude, and she absolutely deserves recognition for the way she represented the restaurant.

When I got my food, it was fresh, hot, and cooked perfectly. Everything tasted excellent, and it was obvious the kitchen staff took pride in what they were serving. The quality of the food combined with the excellent customer service made this an easy 5-star experience for me.
