I work late so every other night I come to this location and I am always greeted in a timely manner, my food is always fresh, and the staff are just the sweetest people. My closest Wendy’s is on Farrs Bridge but if you want quality food and service avoid that location and come here!
Didn’t seem like the staff wanted to actually wait on you. People just kept walking by without acknowledging I was even there. Food was excellent
The Taco Salad doesn't stand up to a real sit down Mexican Restaurant taco salad.
For Dollar and change more I can eat a real Mexican Restaurant taco salad, sit down, and be waited on, with excellent iced tea unsweetened or sweetened, with chips and pincante.
I suppose I'm getting spoked eating in the priceyer places rather than fast food.

Wendy's near a busy hospital in downtown is known for its reliable food service, always fresh, hot, and correct. The staff is kind and helpful, providing great teamwork and delicious food, including salads and the popular FROSTYs. The restaurant is clean inside and out, with improved drive-thru service. Customers recommend trying the cheddar melt, chili, baked potatoes, and the delicious grilled chicken wrap. The value for the meal is very good and the location is perfect right near the hospital. The dining room is clean, though the atmosphere can be a bit chilly.
