“Shout out to Princess Ansley at the Powdersville location. I had a minor issue with my order about four days ago. I called the store Ansley took my information and said they would make it right. A few days passed I finally made it back to the store today. I gave my name to another sweet girl at the window. Just so happen Ansley was at work and came to the window long story short she was polite just like she was when I called about my order being incorrect. Even the gentleman who brought my food to the car was super polite. I see alot of bad reviews for this location. Cleary those people are gone.the crew now is amazing. “I rec the pick 2 because you can literally pick 2 different things.. salad soup salad wich spud nachos nachos wich spud wich I mean do I need to keep going for the many diff combos. The Rueben was great and so was the Veggie Spud. something about that Ro-tel cheese that takes it home. I can't wait to try the chicken tortilla soup and the nachos next time. They got fresh baked cookies too.“

Kid-friendliness: My son absolutely loves them when here hears the word subway he lights up like a Christmas Tree waiting on gifts under it LOL it’s funny but he is a pepperoni, pickle and cucumber kind of boy but my 9yr old will go crazy and ask when are we getting subway again love that my son loves this subway as much as I/we my family does thanks for going the extra mile.“

“The sandwich was exactly as described. For that, I was extremely grateful! My friend had just taken me to have my hair colored and my hairstylist kept discussing food! Needless to say, once finished we went directly to Subway, again, coincidentally, was about 2 minutes away! We both enjoyed the owners and employees courtesy throughout. I would definitely recommend this Subway located in Berea! I'm definitely returning!

“I just want to say that my son and I came in Sunday 5/31/26. This has to be the best subway I been in from cleanliness of store. To the outside look. The service was fast friendly the vegetables and meats in the sub station being used to make our sandwhiches was yeah cut nothing old well presented. Sandwhiches was great. Tea was awesome. Staff was very pleasant. This store should get a great bonus and moved up to 5 stars. ******“

“Came in Sunday afternoon and it was very busy with the after church crowd. There was also a baseball team that had just come in. I just wanted to say the staff handled a very rude customer with nothing but grace and kindness. A man that ordered around the same time as I did and was waiting was extremely rude and vile to the staff. The worker behind the counter asked the name the man had for his order…the man ignored him multiple times and kept rolling his eyes. After the third time the worker asked… The man pulled out his receipt and put it right in the workers face. The whole staff was incredibly courteous and did their best and there was no reason to be rude to them. How you can go listen to a sermon and immediately treat your fellow man like trash is beyond me. God bless“

“The food was straight, but the bread was a little hard. I'm not here for that tho I'm here to give a 5* rating to Brandon R. Not the store. The store is trash. How can you expect to have good food and service when you give a good customer experience with only one employee on the clock and 11 customers in line? It was so bad they had to go get help from the Starbucks. We were at Subway but they got someone from Starbucks behind the counter. Dude didn't even know what he was doing. Brandon R. handled himself amazingly. People running late and got this man back here getting beat on. He deserves a raise because he's keeping that store running. The 3 days my wife was in the hospital he was in there getting it in. Fixing the problems created by poor managerial decisions. No employee deserves to be slammed like that and be all alone. Those people who were late need to be fired and Brandon needs promoted.“
