“Ordered a bagel toasted with cream cheese. I got it and wasn't toasted and cut into a sandwich with cream cheese smeared in. The bagel was not a bagel but a doughy roll. I ate it since I hate to send food back. I've had great bagels and terrible ones. This was not great but edible.“

When my credit card charge cleared, it was full amount. What is the sense of having rewards if you can't use them.“
