“This is our favorite restaurant by far. We literally pick up one of their kids' meals (plus more) every Friday night for our daughter. The food is delicious. The staff is so sweet. One staff member in particular, Michelle, is so thoughtful and includes sweet notes/things for our daughter in the kids' meal. You can't find this in a chain restaurant. We love this place!“
“Society is my go-to place in downtown Greenville for any meal of the day. I've been there at all times of the day and have always received amazing service, drinks, and food. I seriously cannot say enough about this place and the food because it is not like any other place around.If you're in Greenville for just a day, I highly recommend stopping by Society at least for a drink and their amazing philly egg roll appetizers. We were kind of a crazy group with several tired, loud children, and I think we accidentally left a bit of a mess, but we were met with nothing but gracious, understanding, generous servers. “Midtown deli is such a nice hidden gem here in Greenville. When you have so many pizza, fast food, fine dining, and other restaurants it’s nice to have a good tasting deli store! I got the Hot Italian sandwich, which wasn’t too bad. The bread was a lot over toasted which made it a little burnt, but the layers of meat and cheese with mayo (that doesn’t not come in the sandwich ) made it combine so well. My recommendation would to offer an Italian sauce to it to make it really pop out.Along with the Italian I also got the Philly Cheesesteak. Honestly I had a hard time thinking about anything negative to say about this Philly. It stayed hot the whole time I was eating it, the layered cheese on top of the chopped up steak was amazing. Also the blend of seasonings with mushroom and peppers went together so fine and perfectly that it made such a perfect sandwich. Every bite I got a hot piece of meat, cheese, and vegetables that made me want to up and order another one.The service was very well, The lady at the front took care of me and actually gave me a pasta salad on the house for how big my order was (I also ordered three more sandwiches for people at work) which was very nice. The atmosphere it self was very chill and laid back. There wasn’t music or workers being too loud. It was just very calm and very chill. Definitely will be going here again for lunch.“
“Clayton’s Deli was the perfect place for a baby shower that I hosted. We had a space all to ourselves and the food was delicious. They have the best chicken salad that I have ever had! Austin is awesome. We will all be visiting there again soon.“
“My husband and I had lunch at Empire Deli today. We hadn’t been since the new owners took over and we were pleasantly surprised. I ordered the steak and cheese sub which was probably the best one I’ve had outside of Philadelphia and my husband had the chicken parm sub. Service was excellent and food was on point. “I ended up here with a coworker recently. Last minute, she wanted to change our lunch date to here. I'm glad we did. We got there before the lunch crowd really kicked in.The staff was very kind and friendly. I was able to sample a little of the salad I was interested in before making my decision. I already had my options in mind before arriving.I ended up getting one scoop of Kickin' Kay Lynne, and one scoop of Sassy Scotty. After tasting both, next time I will opt for two of the Kickin' Kay Lynne. It was delicious, tasty, and fresh. As we ate lunch, the staff walked around and continued to be wonderful. If I happen to have an issue, I call and ask for help. I am always greeted with great service and perfect attitude! Owner is clearly taking care of the employees and it is showing! “The PBJ is more of a half-inch thick peanut butter and no other real taste of any jelly, honey, or whatever they use. It needs a little less of the Peanut butter and a little more jelly. Very clean. A little pricey for just a basic sandwich. Better for the other type ir Ham, Pepper and onion for $3.50.“
“We live in Greer but were in the Taylors area today and felt like checking this location out. I'm going to be completely honest here. The place was in complete disarray when we got there. Looked like Doordash and online orders buried them. Plus they had about 10 of us in line. They could not handle it. I've been in this situation before and I give them mad respect because even though they looked lost they kept it together and ultimately tried their hardest to do a good job. It fell short but I 100% give them an A for effort. Upper management needs to get them help, I know that's hard to do these days but they needed help. I certainly appreciated their effort. Food was great by the way. I hope to try this location again one day and bump the rating up to 5 stars. Upper management help these guys out!!“
“Loved Mikes when they were at Gather. I'm so thankful they are still around, and we finally were able to try this gem today. The gentleman at the register explained the menu to us since it was our first time! I went with the Cheesesteak with macaroni salad, and my girlfriend went with the Tommy Gun with pickled veggies. The sandwiches were massive and so delicious. The sides were okay, but I'll try the potato salad next time. We already picked out our subs for our next visit. 10/10. Everything is wonderful here. Only open for 3 hours on sundays, they were doing crazy amounts of online orders. Keep up the great work!“
