Brandon was so kind when I called back and told him my order wasn’t correct and apologized and I came back next day and spoke with Katherine and she was nothing short of sweet. She fixed me and my daughter’s order and made it right. Will definitely be coming back. They did the best they could with the help they did have with a full house.“
“Upon delivery by Uber, one sandwich out of two was wrong! Uber says they just deliver, so no refund. Subway is almost impossible to get your money refunded. We like Subway, however, sometimes they prepare your food correctly and other times they do not.“
