Outstanding service as always! I came through to use my gift cards I received for chick fila and I went through the drive through to order. The gentleman that took my order was really nice & welcoming! Outstanding customer service! He was an older gentleman and I really wanna thank him for being so nice! Good customer service goes a long way! I ordered 12 count nuggets, a 4 piece tender and then added on a 2 piece tender just trying to use up the gift cards & everything was handled...read full review
As we were leaving the drive-through, the manager comes running after us, letting us know that they forgot to put the chicken strips in our bag. We were literally on the main street and he flags us down. I could not believe the hospitality and energy I saw on the manger trying to make everything right. HIGHLY IMPRESSED.

Usually I have good experience coming to this branch, but this time left me in not a good experience. I was under the impression thru drive thru that I could get fries for my daughter’s kids meal by Jennifer. Once I got to the window and noticed that I didn’t get my kids meal non toy. I was informed by manager that they don’t do fries on Friday and Saturday. I feel like they should rely this information to ones whom are actually taking the order for customers .
