Not sure why so low on the rating scale. I personally had a great experience here! Got here on a Sunday... right when they opened. Went through the drive thru. Chicken finger plate was on point. Fries were hot and chicken was hot and perfect! Tasty! I will return!
One of the best fast food places around. The service is great. Everyone who works there is super polite. They are very friendly. It is always clean. They are always fast. The food is always great quality highly recommend.

Zaxbys has lost a step when it comes to quality and customer service. Their food used to be consistently good and now is at best mediocre. Dinner time has perhaps fallen off the most with cold fries, orders not correct, and lackluster attitudes from staff regardless of what Zaxbys I've frequented in the Greenville, SC area. And for the money, they can and should do better.
