Big Zack snack was delicious but their tea tasted slightly funny to me unlike any other Zaxby's and I eat at them all the time
S/o to Makiyah in the drive-thru! Super sweet and friendly—the first time in a long while I’ve had such a great experience with a cashier. Also I asked for extra sauce, a specific amount & they made sure it was there & didn’t get mad when I asked them to check (it was there). Overall such a small interaction can change your view on an establishment.

Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings shines with exceptional service. Staff is attentive, pleasant, and knowledgeable about kid meals and options. Food is hot, fresh, and above grade for "fast food", with good presentation and satisfying flavors. Parking and wheelchair accessibility are also accommodating. While quality and customer service have taken a slight step back, the restaurant still offers a great dining experience.
