When we moved back to Greenville from LA over 2 months ago, we were so happy that we found this location right by our house in cherrydale. Everything is always fresh and the staff are always friendly! Best subway location ever, hands down
My experience wasn't too bad like I've read on these reviews. Although I did have to ask that the lady during the day to change her gloves and for more parmesan ( I get it the shaker wasn't great for dispensing parmesan so I asked her to take the lid off and give me more) she was friendly I give her credit for that and the store looked nice the guy in the back though he needs to smile more and welcome his guest. The evening crew is terrible. It took 50 minutes from the time I ordered online til when I got my food. It was supposed to be ready 20 minutes after ordering but it took an additional 30 min. They served 3 other customers before me and had absolutely no care in the world I was sitting inside waiting for 1/2 an hour. Then they managed to forget to cut one of the two sandwiches I ordered.
