Service is always consistent, fast, and pleasant as they always prioritize getting to customers in a timely and efficient manner. If you are pleasant to them, they will certainly be pleasant to you. “Went here last night 8/21 around 7-8pm. The food was fresh, the service was amazing. It was one of the best Whoppers I had in a long time even the fries tasted like they just came out of the fryer. This store is 10000% better than the simpsonville store and the haywood rd location. The store manager was there and she was doing an AMAZING job keeping her customers satisfied! The drive thru clerk was super nice and had everything in my order correct“

“The place was super busy, and there was a wait, but the staff were working hard to keep up. Our order suddenly disappeared from the board after waiting a bit, and when we brought it to their attention, the manager put a rush to get ours next. We really appreciate the fact that they were willing to jump on correcting the issue, and the staff worked hard without complaint. Thank you.“

“My family and I recently visited Whataburger, and although our food took a little longer than expected, the customer service was outstanding. Robert came over and personally apologized for the wait and explained that he was making sure our food was hot and fresh before bringing it out.
When our meal arrived, everything was fresh and tasted great. To make up for the inconvenience, they even gave us hot apple pies, which was a very thoughtful gesture. Robert was extremely kind, respectful, and professional throughout our visit.
It's not often you see customer service like this anymore. We really appreciated the effort and care they showed, and it turned what could have been a frustrating wait into a great experience. Thank you, Robert, and the Whataburger team for the excellent service!“

“The mobile thru lane makes the drive thru experience a breeze. We’ve always been in and out in less than 5 minutes with mobile thru when we visit here. The food is on par for other Chick-Fil-A’s. The only negative would be the hill leading in/out of the restaurant can be hard to navigate into the lower parking lot, but it hasn’t been busy when we’ve been.“
