Hardee's in Pickens County is known for its delicious and fresh food, making it a popular choice among customers. Many reviews highlight the quality of meals, such as the breakfast sausage platter and Frisco combo, which are consistently served hot and tasty. The staff is often described as friendly and courteous, with some employees going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.
However, there are some concerns regarding service inconsistency, particularly at the drive-thru, where some customers experienced issues with order accuracy and staff communication. Additionally, there were mentions of wait times and employees not being visible in the dining area. Despite these drawbacks, the overall atmosphere remains positive, with a few staff members noted for their exceptional service and attention to cleanliness, even in challenging conditions like a malfunctioning air conditioning system.
While some customers have faced issues with the rewards program, the restaurant still receives praise for its good food and friendly service. Overall, Hardee's is recommended for those looking for a satisfying meal in a welcoming environment.
