So this am I went to bojangles and ordered my food and I was beyond amazed by the service and quality of food. I'm happy that today was one of the best experiences in my last 3 years of patronizing this

Bojangle need people who care and pay attention and don't make your chicken so spicy I rather you seperate the 2 just regular and Spicy maybe I need to call Corp to see everybody don't like spicy

I wasn’t physically here, but whoever the nice lady was that I spoke with about my Uber eats order being messed up, WAS A DOLL!!! She took the time (almost 30 mins) to call Uber eats and get me a refund. It wasn’t their fault that my order was messed up, it was Uber. But I HIGHLY recommend going here. Customer service is AMAZING. I work fast food myself and I know it can be frustrating but this woman handled it like a pro.
