I used to love this place, but this is probably my last visit here. I got the Wings and Things. The wings are tiny tiny, the chicken fingers are about the size of a nugget and it was $15!! It literally is half the food for double the price!
One of these big zax snacks is supposed to have been “go big”. Looks like the same amount of fries to me??♀️ it’s just frustrating when a chain that makes this much money, doesn’t give you what you pay for.Zaxby’s food is always delicious which is why I gave it 5 stars, but this location needs some new employees. Majority of these people are not friendly at all and this review is based on about 10 different instances we have encountered.

Ordered online today and was disappointed with the quality of the food for the first time ever. Ordered the chicken sandwich and both the chicken and the bun was so hard you couldn’t hardly eat it. My wife ordered the wings and the toast was left off her order. Very disappointing since this is the first bad experience we’ve had at the Pendleton store.
