Many Restaurants are short staff....This Zaxby's in Pendleton South Carolina Needs to Lock their doors. Family order was placed online and my pickup time was 9:pm. Sat in the drive thru till 9:45pm waiting on order. Management staff full of Meth-heads tweeking while handling money and food. No Respect!!!

Long wait always. Watched 4 cats leave the drive thru line as I was waiting. Food somewhat okay. Watched an employee come out back door and blow snot out of his nose, talk on the phone while line was backed up. I hope and pray he washed his hands before he touched or cooked my food. I will not be eating here again.

Ordered online today and was disappointed with the quality of the food for the first time ever. Ordered the chicken sandwich and both the chicken and the bun was so hard you couldn’t hardly eat it. My wife ordered the wings and the toast was left off her order. Very disappointing since this is the first bad experience we’ve had at the Pendleton store.
The GREY shirt managers made my food and STILL messed it up !! Obviously don’t know what they are doing smh !

I used to love this place, but this is probably my last visit here. I got the Wings and Things. The wings are tiny tiny, the chicken fingers are about the size of a nugget and it was $15!! It literally is half the food for double the price!

One of these big zax snacks is supposed to have been “go big”. Looks like the same amount of fries to me??♀️ it’s just frustrating when a chain that makes this much money, doesn’t give you what you pay for.Zaxby’s food is always delicious which is why I gave it 5 stars, but this location needs some new employees. Majority of these people are not friendly at all and this review is based on about 10 different instances we have encountered.

Ordered a 4 finger plate and was given 3 fingers. As a big guy, not thrilled. Asked for extra ranch and wimpy sauce and was given 2 tongue torches. Wife ordered a house Zalad with Bleu Cheese dressing. They didn’t give her any dressing. Long for 2012 when Zaxbys was legit.
