“We came in after church about 10:30 AM, and we had to wait to order as they had a technology issue. The assistant manager provided great customer service and very apologetic for our wait time that he even gave us a small discount. As we about to leave the restaurant, I realized I didn’t get my cookies we paid for. The team member was about to give me cookies that were no longer in service time. The assistant manager stepped in and gave us fresh ones. I don’t typically give reviews, but it’s uncommon for Zaxby’s to have CFA like customer service. Credit to the assistant manager!“
“I ordered in the app and it said my order was ready but when I got to the restaurant, the person in charge said they hadn't made it yet and that I needed to come in instead of picking up in the drive thru. I really didn't have time for all of that but I did as asked. Then they were out of ranch but luckily the Long Johns side had some. It wasn't a horrible experience just not as professional as I am used to“
“This KFC is very good. The staff is very friendly and they greet you right away. My food is always good. Hot food is hot and cold food is cold. My only complaint is that when you get it to go, they put the cole slaw in the box with the hot food. I take it out when I get to my car so it won't be warm when I get home. I just need to remember to ask them to pack it separate.“

But there is extra parking behind the building that is shared with the neighboring restaurant.Wheelchair accessibility: There is NO DINING ROOM for this restaurant. However, they have wheelchair access for the pickup area and the front order area.“
“Best customer service I have seen in a while! The manager on duty, Steven (I think was his name) even came out to the lobby to make sure all the customers were okay and even asked if the temp in the store was okay for us! To top it all off I left my phone and when I got back they were putting it up in the safe for us! Most definitely do not see that often now days, and we will be going back!“
“I love this restaurant. My order was made fresh. The workers were very friendly, and the wait time wasn't that bad. Came here on Christmas eve and they gave out Christmas cards along with some candy. I thought that was the sweetest thing. I love the warm atmosphere and will definitely be a returning customer.“
