“Went through the drive-thru last night, seemed to take a long time to order, pay, & receive our food.

There was also a miscommunication or something; the cashier/order taker said they were out of toast over the intercom when we placed our order, so we thought they were out of bread.

Once we got our order there was a literal piece of bread, untoasted, in our plates...it was kind of confusing as to what they were out of.

They do have an amazing chocolate ? milkshake ? though... ? ? ?“

“Went to one KFC drive-thru and was told to come inside to order cause they were swamped. HIRE MORE PEOPLE!! Went to the other KFC and had an extremely difficult time hearing the order taker over the intercom. Also, my food wasn't wrapped properly. I'm not a customer any longer.“

“I just want to give a huge shoutout to the Clemson sc location! I thought I lost my promise ring so I called to see if they’d found it. They looked and called me back. They said they would call back again once they cleaned up for closing if they found it. I ended up finding it myself and they called me back to assure me they didn’t find it. I commend the dedication and I’m so appreciative that they searched for it and kept me updated. Very good customer service!“

“I placed an online order and by the time I drove there-less than 10 minutes my food was ready. It was fresh and hot and my salad was fresh and delicious. No skimping on the toppings. Jason was walking in at the same time as I was and immediately went and helped me retrieve my order. He was very pleasant and courteous. Overall a great experience. Will be back.“
