Slow doesn’t even come close to describing this Chick-Fil-A!! I understand this is a busy college town, but everyone I have talked to about this location has complained about it! I definitely don’t feel as if this one lives up to the Chick-Fil-A expectations and standards like the other locations! They just don’t have it together!
This is the slowest Chick-fil-A I have ever been to. I don’t know why I keep coming back. No matter the time of day, how small, or big your order is, you will wait 10 minutes in line, minimum. No exaggeration. They are moving at a snails pace, constantly. I always place mobile orders, as they’re supposed to be faster, and you can skip the ordering line. Here, it doesn’t matter. You’ll be waiting. Prepare to lose 30 minutes of your day to this line.
I just want to give a huge shoutout to the Clemson sc location! I thought I lost my promise ring so I called to see if they’d found it. They looked and called me back. They said they would call back again once they cleaned up for closing if they found it. I ended up finding it myself and they called me back to assure me they didn’t find it. I commend the dedication and I’m so appreciative that they searched for it and kept me updated. Very good customer service!
